Without a doubt, Alpha Graphics is the very best!! As a Pastor, I designed postcard invitations and an 8 page color bulletin for our annual church homecoming worship celebration & took the design to AG. Worked with Avery Lawing there, & he was top notch, patiently and professionally advising as I proofed several times. The end result is amazingly beautiful; color printing is vivid, & it's exactly what we wanted. I cannot say enough good things about Avery; he kept me informed all during the process, listening, & carefully explaining all details. Yes, I will definitely use the services of this outstanding company again and highly recommend. Such a pleasure to work with Avery & AG 'cause outstanding service is most difficult to find.

I had email communications with several members of the team. All were unfailingly polite, patient, and professional. The proof enabled me to see mistakes that I had not observed in spite of printing it out for myself prior to the proof. I was extremely pleased with the results. Providing the Velcro for the label was hugely appreciated for the time and aggravation it saved. I have used the Wilmington office in the past and will continue to use them as I have confidence in their work.

This company was great to work with. We were up on a tight deadline and needed a large print job in a very short amount of time (a few hours) and they were able to accommodate us. We will only consider them the next time we need a job done.

If you want to spend a month waiting on a small simple print job that was already designed entirely this is your place. The communication is terrible and auto response to emails is all you get without lack of follow up. I had to drive in person to this business multiple timesTo get what i needed done and speak to a human.They don't respond to emails or calls other than auti response and then told your order will take 3 days and becomes weeks. I do not recommend this place.My product was printed incomplete only to wait another week for it to be reprinted on wrong paper. Charged me additional $30 for partial tiny reorder and ultimately for mistake they made as I wasn't sent a proof for my whole order only partial.I spent more time and gas on making sure these people did their job!!!!

I really didn't want to do this. But considering this might help the next person who considers applying for the customer service position here, that's worth writing this. I applied to this job hoping to obtain office experience and learn a new skill. I was employed for two months and the only word I can use to describe my experience was absolutely tumultuous. The work environment is toxic and will absolutely deteriorate your mental health. I have VERY thick skin and have no problem speaking my mind but there is only so much a person can take. Another person was hired only one week prior to me and to my knowledge he has not returned this week due to the mental stress we both endured while working. This stems from no proper training, being belittled when asking questions, getting spoken to as if we are incompetent and stupid, and on top of dealing with all of that the wage is not even livable. After being disrespected for the absolute last time on Friday I could not hold my tongue any longer. After the office manager Kari made her way to the front to once again to project her misery on the two of us, I threatened to clock out and go home because I was NOT getting paid enough to keep putting up with this blatant disrespect anymore. If either of us ask her a question she acts as if she can't be bothered with what we are inquiring about and responds to us as if we are absolute idiots for even coming to her about anything. She tells us to hurry up and process jobs and if we rush we make mistakes, but if we take our time to try to avoid making mistakes we are taking too long. I got along with the owner for a bit until he displayed his inadequate driving skills and caused me to wreck my car in the parking lot because he failed to stop and look both ways before pulling out onto the access road right in front of me. Also agreed we would just fix our cars and not get insurance involved but decided to go back on his word after receiving the estimate to fix his vehicle. While knowing I am paying every day to come to work and get home in Ubers he waits till I get to work to tell me to leave because of the disagreement I had with Kari the office manager. Every employee in there complains about her and dislikes her. I can honestly say no one ever said one thing positive about her. Never. After telling me to leave he demands I take my jacket off before exiting the building which was really strange to me. Almost as if it made him feel better to make me feel worse. I was just really taken back that instead of asking me why I felt the way I did and what caused me to want to leave he was angry at me for some weird reason. It's obvious he listens in on your conversations with people on the cameras so he should use common sense and listen to the entire conversations beginning to end to get the gist of what's going on. If you are considering working here and like to be gaslit by the company owner when he is only concerned about himself and continuously belittled by the office manager then this is the place to be! Rick does not pay enough to put up with everything you'll have to put up with or even the work load you'll have.

I am very pleased with the work done at AlphaGraphics. From start to finish their team is very friendly, helpful, informative, Proffessional, organized, and on top of things. I’ve gotten my vehicle wrapped and have had business cards made here. Very well done. I got a chance to talk with Rick who does vehicle wraps and he was very friendly. Would highly recommend Alpha for all your graphic needs!!
