If I could give zero stars I would. I have called so many times trying to talk to someone. I keep getting hung up on after spending 5 minutes on that horrible chat thing. This place is a nightmare!!!!!!!!

Recently I had a prescription filled that was the wrong drug combination. When I brought it to the pharmacy manager Megan attention I feel she did everything she could to make it right. Within 30 minutes after calling my primary doctor in Florida the prescription was filled correctly. I have always found the pharmacy staff especially Megan to be very helpful.

They close for no apparent reason in the middle of the day. The people who work there are nice, when they are there. Pharmacy wait times are very high and the chain that makes billions of dollars apparently can't staff their pharmacies with enough people to keep up with demand. Go to Ingles across the street.

I called this pharmacy around 2:30pm to complete documentation on medication management for my company. They kept me on hold in the initial call for far too long before sending me to voicemail. I called back at least 6 more times to be sent directly to voicemail again. I finally called the front end (very polite staff) and asked to be transferred at which point I was put on hold and then hung up on. My final call I requested not to be put on hold and the front end staff very kindly took the handheld phone to the pharmacy so that I could speak to someone. I spoke with Casey Hill who answered all of my questions within a matter of minutes. She was professional and easygoing, but I'm unsure why this call took longer to be answered than the documentation I needed. The communication and organization of this establishment is severely lacking.

I just moved to West Jefferson. I had my prescriptions transferred to CVS from my pharmacy in Wake Forest. Everything went smoothy and everyone was helpful and polite.

If i could give 0 stars i would. this pharmarcy is so unprofessional, staff are so lazy they can't answer the phone. i've called this pharmacy 3 days in a row, never once got a person on the phone. i had to drive there 3x to give them my insurance info, then drive back to check on the status, was told the med had to be ordered, then today i was on hold 3 different times when i called and they'd hang up on me after 10 min. i called a 4th time and they had me on hold for 20+ minutes, and so i left work and drove there while still on hold, and asked what the issue was why they wouldnt answer the phone. they gave me the sorry excuse the phones are tied into their computer system and their computers were down. bet they weren't down the 2 days prior as well. i was greeted by the overwhelmingly sarcastic "Jill B" from another pharmacy as she told me I should be lucky the store is even open and that they are there to wait on "people like me". I told her to transfer my rx to walmart and her reply "I might get it there in a day or 3". Needless to say I filed a complaint with the NC board of pharmacy, BBB, and CVS. Jill B needs her license revoked and the whole pharmacy needs an overhaul. I've never experienced such careless customer service in my life. Thankfully my dr was able to send my rx to Walmart for me so I could get my diabetic medication today, rather than whenever Jill B decided it was convenient for her. I pity anybody that uses this pharmacy for medication purposes.

Went in for a prescription pick-up on Tuesday to find out the pharmacist had quit and walked out the prior Sunday. My prescription was not ready though they had received the order 4 days prior. Sorry we are out of that medicine . When will you get it? Don't know. Try Thursday but not tomorrow as we will be closed all day. Closed all day on a Wednesday?

Went to pick up my prescription and they closed for lunch 10-15 minutes early. And had the security gate shut at the window as an employee walked by multiples times and even looked at me and chuckled then walked away
