My car was making a weird noise, so I took it to waynesville tire. I'm not the most car savvy, and I was worried that I was going to have a very costly repair in my near future. The man at the front said he could take a look, and within 20 minutes or so he came back with an answer. Apparently, a small rock had gotten stuck in the rotor, which was causing the noise. I asked if I owed anything and he said nope! I will absolutely be bringing my car here from now on. The fact is he could have made up some repair and charged me for something unnecessary, but instead he was honest and saved me from spending a lot of money (that I don't really have). I'm not gonna go anywhere else from now on. Thank you so much!!!

Waynesville Tire really helped me in a jam. I had a flat tire early in the morning when trying to drive from NC to Florida. I had to get it fixed quickly and without an appointment because I was traveling with my wife, son, and 90-year-old mother-in-law (and dog!). I called when they opened and Scott heard my situation and said they could do it right away. When I arrived, B.J. quickly gave me a quote and pulled my car up to do the work. I was in and out in 45 minutes so I could get on the road to Florida. There were plenty of other people and cars to work on but Waynesville tire cared enough about my situation to prioritize and help me immediately. They made a very difficult situation much more bearable - we were able to arrive at our destination by 9 PM (otherwise it would have been after midnight with an elderly lady). Great people and service!

I had a great experience buying new tires. They started working on my vehicle as soon as I dropped it off at my scheduled appointment time. The tires were installed quickly, and the vehicle was returned to me just as clean as when I brought it in. Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them for any tire needs.

Had been having a rough day with my tire and finally went to Waynesville Tire. I won't indulge the details but the guys that work here are extremely compassionate and caring. They had me fixed up and on the road in minutes. I really appreciate what they did for me. (They know what it was). Thank you again. Highly Recommend!!!!!!!!

I've been going to Waynesville tire for about 7 - 8 years. Always courteous and helpful. Have never felt being taken advantage of because I am a woman. I highly recommend them for any of your auto needs.
