Geez, was on hold for 5 mins and asked a question lady simple said NO and hanged up, didn’t let me finish my other question. Took company service truck to another business.
Responding to ur response.. we also have an escort car with the load, you would have known that if whoever was on the other line didn’t hang up so quickly. Go back to the call if u can… and why call me back after the bad review. Your services are not needed no more so quit harassing, what is done is done, customer service here NO GOOD!

Superior auto service, I highly recommend Triangle Automotive. The owner, Dustin and his staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. Provided great customer service and explained everything in detail. They were very honest, thorough, and prompt with repair. Did an amazing job on my 4runner. I will definitely be returning.

My car broke down when passing through Waynesville, NC about 250 miles away from my home. I called Triangle Auto repair and they were very receptive and had a positive attitude about being able to repair my car so I had my car towed to their location. Upon arrival at Triangle; they ordered a couple of parts for my car and had it repaired within a couple of hours. It was a blessing to have chosen Triangle Auto Repair. I highly recommend Triangle Auto Repair.

The people that work here are amazing! They helped me out of a tight bind I got myself into involving a car repair and I couldn't be more happy about my experience with them. The receptionist was so helpful and the mechanic easily figured out the problem and worked hard to get it taken care of. I just moved to the area so I feel excited and relieved to have found a go-to mechanic that is not only trustworthy but compassionate!

Russell worked on my exhaust and did an amazing job repairing it and patching it up because it had a hole and noticed there was a leak and fixed it as well!

THESE PEOPLE ARE WORTHLESS. THEY SAT ON MY CAR FOR 2 DAYS THEN WANTED TO CHARGE ME A DIOGNOSTIC FEE BECAUSE I PULLED MY CAR FROM THEM. THEY DID NOT GIVE ME PRIOR NOTICE ABOUT A DIOGNOSTIC FEE. THEY THEN SEND POLICE TO MY HOUSE. THE POLICE SEEM TO BE THEIR FRIEND. MY LAWYER IS INVESTIGATING THE POLICE REPORT. THE WOMAN DOESN'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO TALK TO PEOPLE. SHE IS SO RUDE! SHE ACTS AS IF SHE THINKS PEOPLE ARE AFRAID OF HER. THEN THEY HAVE NO PARKING FOR CLIENTS. I HAD TO PARK ACROSS THE STREET! UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! YOU COULD NOT TOUCH ANYTHING FOR ME AGAIN, NOT EVEN A TRICYCLE ! I CAN SEE WHY THEY ARE A 3 STAR!!!!! REALLY SHOULD BE A ZERO!

I highly recommend these guys for anything you need fixed. They are fair, honest, and best priced anywhere. Have used them for many years, and they have always made me feel like family. Recently, I had to have some work done. Not only did they provide faster service than anyone, but they did it for over $600.00 less than anyone else. Check them out, I promise you will not regret it.
