Staff was extremely professional and friendly. When my car broke down during a roadtrip, they took a look at my car the same day despite being busy and not officially having appointments until the following day. Johnita was very helpful, tracking down the answers to all my questions. Some of the best customer service I have had at an auto shop.

Taken my past cars here to be fixed never really had issues. But recently had my 04 Honda element dropped off to be diagnosed due to a check engine light. Upon calling for an update they tell me they cant diagnose it because the car doesn’t start consistently but I can start it daily no issue. The guy talks to me about the starting issue even those I wasn’t concerned about it since it wasn’t affecting the driving just whatever code the check engine light was throwing. Anyways; I ordered a variable timing solenoid for 50$ replaced the part my self and now my car runs perfect. Saved some money on what would probably cost 400$ to fix at your shop

We were dealing with TWO insurance claims!! It was a total disaster!! BUT.. The staff here went above and beyond to meet our needs every time we called. They made sure that we were satisfied & everything was put back perfectly on our 2019 Chevy Colorado!! Highly recommend!!!

We had a great time using this company they had us in and out in a timely manner even with insurance giving them a hard time. Everyone was super kind and easy to talk to on getting updates and they made sure our vehicle was completely safe for our family. They had to do a lot to the front end as far as the damage that had been done during our accident and you would never know it was damaged at all! Thank you all!!

I called Accelerated Collision because I was unable to find anywhere that could work on my converted Van. Tim answered my initial call and instructed me to go ahead and come for an estimate. Once there, he was knowledgeable, professional, and kind. The team at Accelerated Collision repaired the upper left back corner of my Ford Transit 250 perfectly and more timely than even originally promised! The front desk staff was also amazing and able to answer any questions I had. The experience was made easier because of this amazing team! I highly recommend if you need body work done correctly and with warranty.

I really don't like when thinks happen to my ride! I don't like guessing about insurance that is clear as mud (even when you didn't do anything wrong). Accelerated Collision Repair did an awesome job on my jeep and got me back on the road! They handled all the insurance issues, paperwork, rental, and made the process easier for me. The waiting area is welcoming, staff friendly, and I was treated like family!
