I have a great doctor and I would recommend her to anyone that I came in contact with that was looking for a doctor or that had a doctor they were not completely satisfied with and I also would recommend the positions at this Center all of them seem to be very helpful

This post is all about appointments.I
f I was not proactive with my first PT appointment to this facility- "Waxhaw Family and Sports Med" nothing will happened- since no one from this office reach out to me after 8 days I was seen by my primary doctor. In fact I made a follow up call to my referral doctor 2X regarding my concern if a referral was sent out. I finally found out its coming from this facility. It"s frustrating, to deal with some people who are not really committed to what they do. This is a healthcare facility and people in general who goes to this kind of service needs help with their health.

As always, my primary care provider has done an excellent job. I'd like to give a particular shout-out to Dr. Shanker-Patel, who is an amazing practitioner. I couldn't ask for a better provider! Dr. Shanker-Patel has made a point to remember everything about my medical history, has always been extremely analytical and receptive when I have questions, is able to communicate clearly, and always makes sure to thoroughly explain my treatment plans. Medically, her knowledge is extraordinary, and her manner, character, and interpersonal skills are the best in the business.

I love Dr. Gin Lou. She is very thorough when discussing my wellness visit. I always feel that she cares about me. I am also very happy with her nurse, Wendy Whitley! She is anazing! She is all smiles when she meets with me. She has a very positive attitude, which is contagious! I always end up having a great day after my visit!

The staff and Dr.’s there are so nice. Will talk to you about whatever you need to get out. Very informative and make sure you understand whatever you need before you leave. They are always there for questions and do everything they can to make enjoy the visit. Two thumbs up!
