i have to be honest when i say this is the worst lowe’s or any store i’ve ever encountered. absolute terrible customer service. was hung up on multiple times, was lied to about being able to help with my issue, seriously this was pathetic. if i could give this place zero stars, i would.
when i was finally able to get someone on the phone to assist after three attempts, all i could get from an employee was “i don’t know man, we might can help.”
what a joke.

Mark in the hardware department helped a ton with figuring out what I need to build a flag stand for my truck bed, and the best way to go about it. He cut the price of my planned spending amount almost in half. He was also very friendly and respectful.

5 weeks ordered wrong sink twice , idiots , then spoke to Assistant Manager Wade , hung up on me . Bottom line they over promise and under deliver. Incompetence. Worst Lowe’s in the entire company.

Went there yesterday and bought a window AC unit. Returned home to find out that the unit had been used prior and had none of the parts inside. Came back to Lowe’s today and they refunded my purchase yesterday and gave me a new one with a discount. They clearly care about their customers and want them to be returning. Shoutout to Quay and the super nice customer service lady!

This the problem lowes treats people who steal from them better then there customers I can't stand this I seen a couple people walk out not paying for a 500 purchase and they just don't care the employee walked out even help load there car and told them come back again but lowes Don't treat the customers with any respect sad case shame on lowes home stores go to home depot they respect thair customers fact check this lowes.i seen a manager at a club and he was telling some people that next time they come in and they need to return something just ask for him I think he was trying to get laid that's what it looked like to me.

Employees were super helpful including Jazmine and I found everything I needed! Building was super hot today though might just be me but it felt hotter in the building than outside :(
