“Mary Sue in flooring was wonderful. We are working on our first DIY home and she knew exactly what questions to ask, to help us find what we needed. She gave us sanding tips also that were very helpful. We came back maybe a day or two after and she remembered us and we showed her pictures of the updated floor. Vedo (in painting sorry if that’s the wrong name) was also very helpful in explaining to us the difference between satin and semi-gloss polyurethane. We went with the recommended satin and the floors came out great :)”

Then we get to the front to check out and Belinda was amazing and took our items out of our basket to scan them at the self checkout! “A little frustrating. Difficult to find someone to help and when i did he told me what aisle the item I needed was but not that they didn't have any. I went back to where he was but he was gone. Didn't have time to wander around looking for a staff member”

“This is a great location. Well stocked with amazing customer service. My husband was looking for a part for his drill to help us disassemble a desk to move it to a new room. We were looking independently when Blue came up and helped us. He was awesome then I selected a Stanley cup and we looked at some other items and headed to self check out. We had a gift card so we were waiting for the employee to help us (they have to type in your DL#) and a nice lady who appeared to be a manager came out of her office to ask if we needed help because we were kinda standing there. She was super nice and said to get started and the attendant would be right over to help. I believe his name was Fabian sooo nice super helpful. The Stanley cup I selected was incorrectly labeled for the price and he happily adjusted it for me. Super excellent customer service and stock. We are happy to be living so close to this location. Tons of helpful employees looking to actively help customers was a breath of fresh air.”

“Someone I know sent me in with a chainsaw that he said was working. I pulled up and Victor was outside waiting for me. He asked what the problem was, I told him and he had some thoughts about what the issue was. He then took it to the back to take a Quick Look at it. A minute later I heard the thing crank up and it sounded great. He came out and asked who’s saw it was, I told him and he said “oh what a shame” he said that the problem was this person I won’t mention didn’t pull the start cord hard enough. That was it.
They are very busy and unless you get Victor, repairs could take a couple of weeks.”
