Someone I know sent me in with a chainsaw that he said was working. I pulled up and Victor was outside waiting for me. He asked what the problem was, I told him and he had some thoughts about what the issue was. He then took it to the back to take a Quick Look at it. A minute later I heard the thing crank up and it sounded great. He came out and asked who’s saw it was, I told him and he said “oh what a shame” he said that the problem was this person I won’t mention didn’t pull the start cord hard enough. That was it.
They are very busy and unless you get Victor, repairs could take a couple of weeks.

Went and have a still weedeater have the primer bubble replaced. I got stuck with a new carb, new pull string, and a new drive with clips. I never got notification about all of that till I came to pick it up with 157 bill.
