He did not disclose a car I purchased was salvaged. Didn't receive the title for 2 months. By then $2,000 had been spent trying to fix it. Still didn't fix it. I'm now stuck with a car worth $175.

You sold Mr. Donnie Abbott a 2010 Mercury Milan, grey in color in May of 2023 for 5700 including taxes..the car has a salvage title which you did not disclose to them. Just took it to a Firestone and the tires are rubbing the sub-frame..all the control arms and the sway bar is broken...when you power brake the car it moves 1.5 inches forwards and backwards..the car has obviously been wrecked..And you did not disclose that at time of sale..That's unethical, illegal, and against better business practices. You have a choice at buying the car back after there have been new tires, brakes, lower tie-rod ends installed. An alignment done...I am having all this documented..If you choose not to make it right we will be retaining a lawyer and suing for the monies spent on the car, loss of use of the car. We will also file with the BBB to do an investigation into past and present business practices..It now in your arena as how you want to proceed..Do the right thing..now he blocked me on his Facebook page....not gonna stop me from seeking him doing the right thing..

I would trust buying a vehicle from here. Robert is a standup man. I wish they were more like him.

I agree that Penley auto is a great place to purchase a vehicle and get your vehicle repaired if it needs it. They are reliable dependable and that goes for their vehicles too.

Do not back up their work! Car started making same noise as it did 5 minutes after pulling out of their shop! They refused to give even half of the money back for the job that we are having to pay someone else to do! Very disappointed and frustrated that this has happened to us!!!

the bare minimum care goes into their cars, which are sold at top dollar. payed 3000 for a car (as is) and a week of driving the lack of oil change was enough to fry the pistons and now i gotta find a new engine. Thanks penley auto llc! (would not recommend).

Outrageous prices for bad vehicles. Was told a car was in good shape, drove over an hour to go see it, the car was in horrible shape with a salvaged title and they were still wanting $2,000 more than KBB said the same car in perfect condition would sell for. Don't waste your time.
