I took my vehicle in for the power steering. I told them it's an underneath, hose issue. They didn't call me, I called them to ask if they put my windows up. He ignored me and says he can't do anything for me. It can't be fixed. Hmmm okay... I asked him to recharge the A/C. It took him almost a week. Now my thermostat maxed out on my radiator that is only a year old, I put cold water in the coolant until I could get somewhere. How funny I make it right in front of MEADOWS when my oil gauge dropped to 0 and my engine started smoking and seized. I called and told him what happened and asked if they checked the power steering hose? I out more fluid in and it all spilled out!! HE YELLED AT ME idk what I'm talking about and he isn't talking to me today and hung up on me!!! ?? FAKE MECHANICS RUINED MY VEHICLE!! ????

Car broke down 1hr away late at night they towed the car and also gave a ride back at a fair price better than anyone else we called. Had the car fixed and ready to drive home by the next day. Really appreciate these people for working fast to help us get home 3 hours away!

I’m not mad because I failed inspection because my window tint was a little too dark. I just think your money hungry when you knew it wouldn’t pass charge me $22 just to fail me is a rip off. Which I should’ve read reviews before I went up there. Place seems like a joke anyways.

To the driver on the rollback, you were on 220 north out of Gboro tailgating every car and running way over the speed limit. You are a very unsafe driver and you might kill someone with that big truck if you can't stop in time. Then you might care. 11/10/2023

Phil was courteous, professional and efficient. I had set up a smog inspection appointment for the day, after being referred there by another auto shop. I showed up on time and he was available as promised. In addition, I decided to get my oil chang and a bulb replaced the following week because of their fair prices, efficient work and for being friendly to a transplant of Seattle- me. Walnut Cove is my new home and this is my new go to shop.Services: Vehicle Inspection
