I went in to find a supplement prescribed by my functional medicine doctor and had to ask for help. It was Calcium D Glucarate and immediately the employee corrected me sharply—so you mean glucamate?? I said sure even thought I knew that wasn’t a thing figuring she’d find the one intended. They don’t carry it which is fine but when I told her I’d just order through my doctor she continued to ask me personal questions. Well who is your doctor? Never heard of her. She then kept going asking me what I needed it for, and that she’d google it. She asked multiple times if I meant something else. Then she asked me if I was in the hospital lately! Someone’s health history is none of your business and you’re not qualified to push other supplements just to make a sale. I was shocked at how rude she was and finally just said I’m purchasing elsewhere and left. I won’t be back.

Very helpful staff when it comes to vitamins they have it workout powders they have it prices was a touch high but overall not bad

They decided to push away a very long time customer today.This used to be a place for wellbeing products and now they are bashing Christians which make up a good base of customers who keep this place going just to make a political gesture.I would hope they come to their senses and be inclusive of all customers who spend hard earned money there, but for now they have lost my and my friends and families business.

Great customer service and good clean facility. Well stocked inventory of all u would ever need for building a better and healthier life style. Plenty of parking.

So helpful and so friendly!! Helped me get what i needed. And i had a list?. Very clean store, and once they finish paving that shopping center's parking lot, it will be a breeze to get in and out of.? Not the vitamin store fault?

The vitamin shoppe has a good selection of supplement brands at great value, especially with their frequent sales/specials. Their store brand is of decent quality as well, and value-priced. I shop here frequently, usually online with in-store pickup which is so convenient. The only negative is sometimes the staff is a bit unfriendly.

They have increased their whey protient line. It cost just as much as optimum nutrition. I might as well buy OP. Also. They have so many kinds of whey protein brands but the only flavor they carry is vanilla. Chocolate and strawberry. But their website has flavors a through z. 0 stars. -3 more for the price increase

Extremely helpful staff. They almost always have what I want on the shelf and in the instances they don't, they offer super fast 2-3 day home delivery. I am there almost every month.
