Absolutely the worst at delivering to my actual address. Was supposed to receive TWO packages today, one from Amazon and one from a local business. BOTH packages are missing. NEVER ship USPS. FedEx, UPS and Amazon trucks are 100% accurate. This is what Govt run business does.

Would rate a ZERO if I could! They don't scan packages and do nothing but argue. I have missing packages and because they NEVER SCANNED them, I cannot claim the insurance! Horrible place.

My mailman is superb and goes way beyond the call of duty. I ship a lot and receive a lot and have never had a problem. On his day off however — my mail rarely gets delivered properly, sometimes being put in a mailbox at a cul de sac a block away. That Monday delivery person evens puts international mail packages requiring my signature into my mailbox without anyone ever signing for receipt of delivery! That person even went so far as to indicate package was "given to an individual" when nobody was there! WTH? My main beef is with the downtown main office. Service is very slow and robotic. Shipments to me wind up being sorted incorrectly and thus nearly lost or being returned to sender. Recently, I stood in Iine for 10 minutes waiting to buy stamps while NOTHING happened. Only 3 people were ahead of me. One postal worker was still helping one guy the whole time and wasn’t finished when I left! Why? The other postal worker had vanished in the back for 9 minutes. Unbelievable. I spoke directly with postmaster there. He said he was aware of issues I raised and was implementing new procedures. The Wake Forest post office operates as if the the city population was that of the 1980s instead of the huge influx of residents in the 2020s, now up to 70K residents. The place needs a vast overhaul and leadership that takes responsibility and actually fixes issues. I usually do all my shipping at Rolesville branch and sometimes I drive to Youngsville where the wait is minimal and the USPS staff behave like real people rather than government issue cyborgs. ‘Nuff said.

Do they ever answer the phone? I tried calling multiple days and over 20 times today as I couldn’t make it in person during work. For whatever reason they didn’t deliver my mail and marked a package as request to hold mail by customer when it wasn’t then the next day switched the status to invalid address when a picture or the shipping label showed it was perfectly correct.

Synopsis: Good people exist everywhere and the post office is no different.Had some packages that were sent to the wrong address and needed to stop by the post office in Wake Forest to sort it out. Lloyd took 25 minutes and not only resolved my problem but made sure I left the post office with one of the two packages and enabled me to pick up one that was out for delivery the next day.Superb team at the WF location and I am eternally grateful for their effort to fix some errors on the part of the company shipping my goods. Great outcome to a very stressful event.5 Postal Stars out of 5!

My address been the same for years, the package was too big to leave in the box & instead of walking to my door (I was home) they going to said address can’t be found & sent it back to the sender

This is a sorry post office. The employees are not friendly; they do not have a sense of urgency and the lines are long. I really dislike having to come here because they are not customer oriented.

Awful experience. Employees act as if they don't want to be there. Not helpful. All 4 workers were miserable. I will not go to this location again.

I've had nothing but issues with my mail carrier. I live off a very busy street and my driveway has a tiny slope/hill. (No other delivery company has an issue with this!) The USPS mail carrier will not drive down the driveway! She'll stuff packages into the mailbox, leave them underneath the box, on a super busy road! Christmas time she left an IPad on the side of the road near my mailbox. And most recently, she delivered my package to the wrong address! I received a notice that my package was delivered to my garage. I don't have one. Contacted USPS and they confirmed that the driver delivered to the wrong address and assured me that they told her she needed to go and retrieve my package and if she can't they'll contact me?! Like what?'!?!

I would give this post office 0 stars if I could. I never get my mail, but I get everyone else's. A lot of my mail is returned to sender for no reason. This has been happening for years and no one fixes it despite several complaints.

My mail carrier took the mail from my box back to the post office, leaving a note saying the box was full. The only items in the box were a few pieces of junk mail. The box wasn't even 1/5th full. The woman must be on a power trip or maybe she's just stupid.

The mail carrier assigned to our business is the sorriest excuse for a mail carrier. I have never seen anyone with a worse attitude in my entire life. Throws our mail on the ground, refuses to take outgoing mail and even when greeted does not respond.
