Customer service sucks! I don’t know about anyone else but I like to go where I am valued as a customer and it’s for sure not at this ups store. Wish them everything they deserve, from the store managers to the store owner!

I accidentally purchased a Priority USPS shipping label today to sell a handheld digital camera on eBay and I didn’t realize it needed to be shipped Ground. I decided to go to UPS to purchase a Ground shipping label.The employee told me he would not ship my camera unless I could tell him the exact size of the battery, even though I was already willing to pay for the Ground shipping, which covers virtually all reasonable battery sizes.The employee was rude and made zero attempt to understand what I was selling.

I've always had a really good experience here doing returns. Prompt and efficient. Only time I've ever had an issue was during COVID and they were kind of rude but they were just enforcing corporate policy.

Poor customer service. I drove 30 mins to make an Amazon return and after standing outside 10 mins I decided that I had enough of the 30° weather (with wind chill it’s closer to 20°) and attempted to go inside and wait. A gentleman came and told about 20 of us that we needed to go back outside to wait. Went to the UPS store at Falls of Neuse and had much better customer service.

Walked in the store at a few minutes to close and was told they were done for the day. I really needed to get my package out and the man did not care. He laughed with the UPS man and a another young worker as I walked out. Poor first and last interaction. ??

I’ve used different UPS Stores maybe four times over the years, and every experience has not been positive. This one was no different. I was trying to return some Spectrum accountable equipment; two Cisco tuner boxes and two Cisco cable cards. For those who don’t know, Spectrum has an agreement with UPS Stores to accept equipment returns. The two tuner boxes are owned by Spectrum, but I don’t pay extra on my cable bill for those. But I do pay an extra $10 a month, each, for the cable cards on my Spectrum bill. This UPS Store accepted the tuner boxes, scanned them, and provided a receipt. But the person with whom I was dealing simply dismissed the cable cards and stated he considered them to be peripheral items such as a power cord or a piece of coax cable that aren’t tracked. He simply threw the cards, loose into the shipping box with everything else without recording any identifying marks. He also refused to provide a receipt for them. I’m guessing he had never seen a cable card before. (They are what allows TiVo DVRs to work with cable TV networks.) Since I’m responsible for them, I took them back, and I had to find a Spectrum store so I could return them and get a receipt. The UPS Store was busy because of the Christmas season, but no customer deserves to be told by a UPS Store clerk that accountable Spectrum items aren’t accountable when the customer well knows how much he is being charged a month by Spectrum to have possession of them. Know your job.

I don't know where they are going with their Nasty attitudes, no one out, very cheeky employees. They are act like Amazon is forcing them to take packages.*** I was there on a day you were open. Give it a rest, your staff needs retraining on Customer service

Manager is extremely rude. This store does not stock ANY of UPS's boxes so that you have to buy their packing materials. This even includes mailer envelopes. I feel bad for the employees that are hired by such an abhorrent tyrant focused on squeezing every penny possible out of the typical UPS shipper.ETA: Franchise riding on the UPS coattails to nickel and dime the last penny out of anybody that chooses to use their locations.

Absolutely the worst customer service. The employees are rude and could care less about you. They lost my package and refuse to take any responsibility. Do not use this store. .. Update .. after the response, you see the unwillingness to accept any fault with a copy paste response showing their lack of customer service skills. My stance is still .. DO NOT USE THIS STORE.

This UPS store is great.The employees are always happy to help you and extremely helpful.I don't recall having to wait anytime I have come to this location which is a wonderful feeling. I would highly recommend this UPS store for it's excellent customer service.
