Just switched from Verizon to T Mobile and the process couldn't have been easier. Our rep Darrell was super friendly and very knowledgeable, he was able to answer all my questions and saved us $20 on our monthly cellphone bill and $30 on internet over Spectrum! Great customer service! As a new customer I couldn't be more pleased.

Went in yo have a sim card activated. Ty told me I had to call a certain number to do it. I had tried that route. She refused to help. Another employee was going to help and she stepped in and would not let him. I went to the store on Main street and it was all taken care of in 2 minutes. I understand they are getting alot if businessfrom unhappy customers from the store I started from.

I have had a couple of very bad experiences in this store and customer service is terrible. I signed up for a business plan and was charged individually for each line instead of a group rate. Was overcharged for 10 months due to this store's lack of professionality. If you're in Wake Forest, go to the 1905 S. Main store if you want to be treated well and take care of.

That the store were you bought the phones can't do nothing if you got technical support to fix the problem , so don't waste your time or gas !

My sister and I came in because we were having trouble getting a signal on or phones. Ty and Dar’rell (sp?) were so incredibly helpful! They answered every single question that we had and never made us feel like we were being rushed! They were knowledgeable and friendly and most importantly…. They solved our problem! They’re definitely doing their part to make T-Mobile look good!

I've been a customer of T Mobile for years. I will be ending that today. I walk into the store and the first question I get asked (after the obligatory Hello) is "Are you vaccinated" to which I reply "Yes, I am fully vaccinated.The second question I get is "I need to see proof, like a card"If my word as a customer was not good enough for you, my business relationship with you is no longer valuable anymore.For your staff to want to invasively dive into my medical history in order to add a SIM card to my kids phone is something I should probably consult an attorney about.I'm curious if you asked the other customer who wasn't wearing her mask if she had her papers?I know T-Mobile is a German company, but you all don't need to repeat the 1930s on us.

Where do I start? With the rep adding things to my acct without my permission or the lousy service I received upon entering the store? Let me just say this...Tmobile is the worst! They are unprofessional and will tell you anything to get you to buy a phone. Sprint was bad but Tmobile makes me long for the days when Sprint was the leader in poor customer service. Do yourself a favor. Avoid Tmobile stores especially the one in Wake Forest. Don't say you weren't warned......

the lady that set up my phone, was very good at keeping a conversation going. that she didn’t mention to say how the screen protector was $50. so be aware when buying a phone from this place, they’ll set up your phone which is truly kind but they’ll charge you for stuff you didn’t know would cost that much until after you went through with everything. she charged up to $300 extra that didn’t go towards the phone, it went towards little things such as: the screen protector plus the charger box/cord plus labor. which is very weird, we ended up going to another t-mobile near us and they told us that she completely screwed us up. so they handled it and got everything correct, i just wanted everyone to know before they decide to go to this specific store :) make sure that you see the recipe before leaving.

T-Mobile has the worst service. Been on hold for about 25 minutes now to get in touch with a representative but no luck yet. Unable to set up my account online because it won't accept my number for some stupid ass reason.

I went into t-mobile in Wake Forest NC where the store manager is Tymesha Williams. She is a very unprofessional individual. I came to t-mobile just to pay off my sprint phone. I then was informed of the buyout of sprint. I asked if that’s why my service was so bad. Yes, it was. I listen to the new deals going on to go ahead and become a t-mobile customer. I was promised a credit towards my new phone of $832 towards any phone.A month went by and I got my first bill and no credit for the phone was there. I returned to the store where I was originally approached by Tymesha who was just like it takes 90 days for the promotion to apply. I was never told that from the beginning. At this moment I realized something was not right. I went to my account and told her no promotion was on my account. She never even came to into the store to looks. She stayed outside with her air pods in on her phone.Deshara Petiford was the original person to start my account. She remembered me will and took a look at my account and instantly saw the issues. She says to me well you migrated over versus start a new account so you don’t get the promotions. I became furious because she did not tell me this 2/13/2021. She attempted to call customer care to say it was an “glitch” in the system and it processed it wrong, to see if she can get it to apply. I knew it was no way to do that because the promotion was never applied. Of course, it didn’t fly. And I did not like being portrayed as an ignorant customer who just wanted to get this new phone and keep the same number. I did not problems with my old phone and it was in great condition. But my service was horrible due to sprint by out. It was a simple matter of not providing me with the correct information and not process my account as a new customer versus a migrated customer. Tymesha and Deshara did not want to take fault for.I asked Ty to reach out to you and she was hesitant and I do not believe she did. She had every excuse in the world not to. At this point it has been over a week and I have not heard back. I think it is very unacceptable to make me wait this long to have the cost of my old phone applied to my account. When I called customer care. They were able to apply the discount for 1 month. And I feel you guys in store defiantly could do the same thing. I am very disappointed in the service and responsiveness of staff with this issues. At the end of the day I am owed the credit for my phone. Promotion or not because it was in great condition and I could have kept it and sold it myself. If I was going to end up footing the bill for my new phone in full.

I just switch over to T Mobile from Verizon. I went into the Wake Forest location and was helped by Oday. He was so helpful and made me feel so good about my decision to change over. It was so quick and easy to change over, Oday did all the work while my family and I waited. Thank you and I look forward to all the free data and hotspot access I never had before with Verizon.
