Shatiq was amazing! I haven't had pleasant experiences with T-Mobile but Shatiq changed that! Very helpful and friendly, actually helped us save nearly $100 on our family plans and only $97 out the door to upgrade a phone and add a line!

The two girls that help me were Lady and Michaela and they were absolutely amazing. They help me understand all of my bills and what they were going to charge me. This was my first adult purchase and they gave me the best advice. I couldn’t have asked for better people to help me. Go to these ladies and you won’t be let down.

They try hard, but t-mobiles ordering system is so hard to understand I doubt there is a way to get it right. Check your bills.

The current staff is not very knowledgeable about the phones they sell. They don't seem very interested in helping out either. I asked a pretty basic question I was told they don't have any. I then did my own research on my cell phone while in the store and found three of the phone types I asked about that they did have in the store. I asked the difference between some of the phones and the response was oh some are just more expensive than others. I basically had to look up the specs on the phones that I was looking at on my own phone rather than anyone attempting to help me. We decided to leave and shop elsewhere. They got two stars instead of one because the T-Mobile service is great.

Told me the phone was free, it wasn't. Charged me a restocking fee of $70.00 for their mistakes! Incompetent manager told me I was getting insider discount. Nope! Said I was being put on a different plan with the insider discount. Nope! Pathetic! Yep!!

Michael was unable to help us find enough information in comparison shopping between the Samsung Z Flip 4 and Ultra S22 phones to make a decision. He also didn't give us information based on our account status including the jump program to help us make a decision to purchase this evening.In other stores we have had sales people who immediately referred to our account to help us make decisions including programs that we were eligible for at the time.Michael did pull up pertinent information on multiple phones for comparison. Hopefully, they will be more helpful to others. We decided to call TMobile directly.

Shout out to Alessandro, I was going to take my business elsewhere but Alessandro saved the day. Very knowledgeable, patient and kind. He wasn't quick to sell me something I didn't need and slow to actually help me... like some of his co workers.Thanks again and some could learn from your above and beyond customer service. All the girls working here are so rude, ghetto, unprofessional & just plain nasty. They all have attitudes for no reason. They like to act tough & say rude comments under their breath. I don’t not recommend anybody coming to this store at all unless they want to leave having nothing accomplished. I’m not sure why any of them are even working at this store if they are just going to be useless & tasteless. BIG WASTE OF TIME & MONEY COMING TO THIS STORE!

These people are scam artist. Watch out for plans in which they match a monthly payment for a device. When you inevitably cancel your service, they steal the credits from your device and charge you full retail.Basically stole my thousand dollar phone. I hope t mobile goes the way of sprint soon.

Last week I came into t-mobile at about 7:40pm, thinking they closed at 9pm not the 8pm that they actually closed. Both Elton and Deshara smiled and greeted me and asked what they could do for me, even though they were so close to closing, they were very pleasant. I told them that I wanted to upgrade my phone. They happily helped, not even letting on they were closing soon. Elton went above and beyond to help me. Helped me pick cases, chargers, and made sure everything was 100% working before leaving the store. They both stayed late to make sure I was taken care of. And when I found out they closed at 8, I apologized, and they both told me over and over to not worry about it. Another couple came in after me, and both employees were just as helpful and kind to them! Super impressed with the friendliness and cleanliness of the store!

This T-Mobile that is across the mall from Ross's is the best one that I have ever been to. They were efficient professional was not in there forever Timely and explain everything. I highly recommend this T-Mobile store. Everyone must get their Sprint phones changed over if they are a 3-g by January 1st or they will not have a phone line available. They have a promotion at the store and you can get a phone for a very small price.

I was very disappointed with my experience at this store. My husband and I went, both planning to get our family plan and phones through t mobile. But after several dishonest sales tactics from the store manager, attempting to coerce us to buy top of the line phones and watches right then and there, we left to process our options. Some quick research revealed the dishonesty of the managers claims, and we actually went with a different carrier entirely. T Mobile lost our business today, all because of dishonest and manipulative customer service.

We found them to be slow ( two hours) working through issues and not responsive when we suggested coming back another time to rectify issues.
