One person is trying to help customers while another sits right next to him, not helping. A banker with no customer surfing the web in the background. I would have fired useless staff like Celiana and promoted Justin.

Friendly, quick and helpful. All my experiences there have been great. I appreciate that they’re an NC bank and are doing good things for the community.

Couldn't open an account, so I tried calling the branch. Based on the other reviews, I wasted my time. To this day, have never received a call back. If you can't return a phone call, I can't trust you with my money.

You can never get anyone to answer the phone. Terrible for people who can't get out.

I've been a customer of SunTrust for over 10 years. I was not really happy when they moved to this location from downtown Youngsville because it is a little out of the way but the customer service was great so I stayed with it. There's usually a long line inside now with a very unwelcoming feeling. The building is bigger but the counter and people to help you is smaller and less. Also, new with truist, there is a fresh no firearms allowed sign. It may come to a shock to a lot of people but there are many citizens that carry firearms on a regular basis that you don't even know about. The only thing that new rule does for this location is to keep those people from banking there. If someone is determined to come in and do wrong, they're not going to stop at the door when they see that sign and turn around and find a new location. I've voiced this concern to a manager and I could clearly see a coworker behind them smirking as if I've offended them or should know that "guns bad.". This just adds to the already growing unwelcoming feeling within Truist Bank. Very few of the tellers that made SunTrust great work here anymore.

I had a banking acct with BB&T and was able to sign in just fine online. Banking there was a cinch. Now that they are Truist, I cannot get signed in online, cannot reach anyone on the local line, and calling the 800 number is painful to even try to get a person. I went in person with my issue, they texted me a password reset code, I went home, tried it and it does not work. Still cannot get anyone to pick up at several locations or the 800 number. This system is trash.

Don’t bank here unless you live nearby and can come in for all your banking needs. They don’t have enough staff to answer phones or respond to emails (even just to say Hi we will have the info you’re requesting as soon as we’re able).

I've been a customer of SunTrust for 33 years and always had good customer service. My experiences with Truist haven't been good. From the new online banking down to just answering a phone call is bad. Almost of off my banking has been moved to PNC. PNC's customer service is great!

I guess it is not a coincidence that this bank has a lots of bad reviews . I came in at exactly 9:15 now it is 9:43 I did nit get to the window to get served , I still have three people ahead of me . I don’t know if they think that peoples time is not valuable enough to hire more people or to schedule more help . Any way I think this bank doesn’t deserve customers . This is only an opinion I am passing to others .

The worst bank you could possibly have a bank account at. I have a business and a personal checking and savings. COUNTLESS TIMES my accounts have been frozen for “unusual transaction” the facts are. There are no unusual transactions. I am investing in my future but banks do not want that. They want you and I to work until the day we die lining the pockets of board members, who they serve. Banks are freezing accounts when you take your money out of the institutions. Why? Because banks can lend your money to other people earning interest on your money you have worked for while you get nothing in return. I will be closing my account. Remember the banks need us even more so then we need them. P2P. Cut out the middle man. If you know you know.

I had to drive to another branch to make my retirement .. I will definitely change my bank

This bank is a nightmare. Tellers have the personality of pocket lint. The teller Michele never smiles and acts like it’s a burden to help you. I own a small business and used them initially but quickly departed after a year. Lots of hidden fees. Moved my account to Coastal Federal Credit Union, talk about life changing. Stay as far away as possible from Sun Trust.

Terrible service and rude tellers. They keep the doors locked and tell you to call but but no one answers the phone. So after 20 minutes of standing outside I finally get in and try to make an emergency wire only to be told that tellers can't do them and I have to wait another hour for someone to come do it for me. I have been with SunTrust for almost 30 years and have never seen such horrible service. My accounts and I will be leaving for a new bank shortly.
