“Excellent and friendly service! After driving to USPS and trying to sell a digital camera, I was told that lithium ion batteries cannot be shipped Priority and must be shipped Ground. I then went to the UPS Store on Rodger’s Rd and was refused service because I wanted to ship a handheld digital camera and I didn’t know the exact mAh size of the battery, even though I already stated I wanted it shipped Ground anyway.The employee at ShipOnSite was not abrasive, she was very informative and helpful and assisted me with shipping my item correctly.”
