I do not write Yelp reviews (this is my first), but it had to write one today. I have been shopping at Next for years, and Next Consignment Boutique is my go to place. Between a choice of going to the mall or coming to Next, Next wins every time! My husband appreciates that and I get so many compliments. I am so big on customer service and I love the way that they greet me at the door and makes me feel like I am shopping at a high end department store and that "boutiquish" feel while shopping. The quality of their clothing is great and you can tell they take great thought and care in the clothes, shoes, handbags, and jewelry they consign. I also appreciate the diversity of styles as well, something for all sizes, shapes, colors, and price ranges. The pricing is very good in comparison to the quality of the clothing! I have brought many of my "true mall/department" store friends here and they are also so impressed and I have even caught a few in the store when I've come to shop (LOL!!). Thanks Next!

I am cleaning out several of my closets and have a lot of designer clothes that are new with tags or only worn once. I tried to look online for directions or instructions on how to consign with them and there's nothing listed. I was trying to send business to local businesses since we live in Wake Forest so I was hoping to send business here. Today while running errands, I stopped in and asked how to make an appointment for consignment. She looked me up and down and said they don't take just anyone's clothes and tossed a four page pamphlet at me with a list of clothes they don't want, designers they don't want, and how to properly clean and present cloths to them. The whole thing seemed very harsh and abrasive. When I told her what items I had she was like "well I'm booked until June so you can try back then." I was floored. The store is extremely dated looking despite the requirement for "in style" fashions. I will not be back to shop or consign here. I do not recommend them whatsoever.

Best consignment shop in Wake Forest! Affordable prices, and they are very picky about what they accept because all of the clothes I have bought from them were in excellent condition. I haven’t had any issues with tears, stains, etc. They also carry sizes and brands that fit smaller people, which can be hard to find at stores sometimes. Thankful for this gem!

I stopped in to ask for details about how to consign some items. I tried looking online to get the directions of how they wanted items presented. No details on the website so I decided to stop in and ask. I have brand new items with tags on them for the fall and winter. I was told to come back in March at her next appointment. I will not be back and do not recommend a visit. The lady was not very nice. I understand you may not always have nice people day in and day out, but you should not take it out on every person that walks in the door.

I love Next Consignment boutique. There’s a blonde lady named Theresa, who works the front who is the kindest person when you are shopping! She explains everything so well, and is always so excited to have people in the shop. Today there was a full store sale and I snagged a Kate spade wallet for half off! This is a one stop shop for all your clothing and accessory needs :-) Theresa works on Tuesdays and Wednesdays BTW ?

Been here a handful of times and after looking at what they had for sale i thought I would try to sell some of my clothes. I walked in as soon as they opened and told the woman working I was looking to sell some items. She proceeded to look me up and down and tell me they won't just take anyone off the street and I needed to make an appointment and there's no appointments until May. I am happy to make an appointment but could do without being judged. She didn't see the clothing I brought but everything was in line with the brands and quality they have for sale. I don't think I'll be back.

This was my 1st time there and in the state. I drank 1 1/2 glasses of wine and bought 2 blouses. I went looking around then went back to purchase a few more things and my Sister-in-law said I should get another drink while I’m looking around but when I did the lady tugged at my backpack and said this is not a buffet for you and number one I never ate anything there because I have a celiac disease and I thought I would get cross-contamination number two I was only going to get another drink because my sister-in-law said you should get another drink while you’re looking around but since they were rude my sister in law said “no” so we went and I spent about $500 in a few other shops. If they have anything free, WATCH IT. When I go back to visit I will never go there again. No where did they have a sign that stated a limit of anything. I was going to buy more but their rudeness killed it

I absolutely LOVE this store! They have beautiful clothes and purses and jewelry - some very high end items - all at great prices! And they discount prices regularly with sales (like all purses 25 % off this week). JoAnn and JoAnna were very helpful and kind and I appreciated their honesty today when I was trying on coats (which were also discounted today!) You can always find a great buy in Next and I walk away with a big smile on my face every single time I go in! I definitely recommend Next Consignment Boutique!

customer service lacks and everything was overpriced.* I did not go in during Halloween, I was the only person in the store when i went in. Great, good for you.

Today is a perfect example of why Next Consignment Boutique is my favorite place to shop for clothing in Wake Forest. Just purchased an entire outfit for work for ten dollars!
