Avoid this place at all cost it’s nothing but a dumpster fire crap show!!!!
I showed up today at 9:21 AM. I waited my turn in line. I had the can of Copenhagen that I needed to get along with a $2.75 off coupon off of a sleeve. When it was my turn, I literally showed the cashier (Michael E) The can of Copenhagen that I wanted he looked at me nonchalant like I was a crazy person and proceeded to go looking for the can I showed him. 9 times out of 10 when you bring something up to a store you’re always supposed to get the right item that’s in your hands. Well, unfortunately this morning was not the case. I thought I got a sleeve of Copenhagen long cut gold can(5 cans in a sleeve), and it turns out the cashier gave me five cans of southern blend Copenhagen long cut. Luckily, I was able to notice the mistake and I shut off my car to go back in for a refund. When I returned back in the store to get my refund, he had the audacity to try to charge me again for something I didn’t want in the first place. He told me to put my card in on the chip reader/pin pad and I told him I wasn’t going to do that because you’re charging me the money again when your suppose to be giving me a REFUND!!! So at this point about 20-30 minutes later goes by he comes up with some slick story Well, my manager will be back in 30 minutes. I don’t know how to do a refund she went to the bank. So I literally drove around to where the employees park and I waited on the manager to come back for an hour and thirty minutes! Just so I did not miss the manager when she came back from doing whatever it is she was doing. When the manager got back an hour and a half later, I got refunded the $31.21! They both acted like it was no big deal. They didn’t offer me free perks, no coupons, no nothing they could’ve cared less. I was sitting out in the car for an HOUR AND THIRTY MINUTES just to get my REFUND. Luckily, I had air-conditioning! I won’t be returning back here again. I will take my business to Sheetz. At least there I know I will be welcomed correctly, they will be professional about there job, and I will always get the items I clearly want! (at this point, I didn’t even want the coupon back they could have had it) I was so aggravated beyond belief. I just wanted to get the hell out of there!!!!
And in this economy, people should not be playing with nobody else’s money like that! Especially when you work so damn hard from sun up to sundown just to make ends meat! So yes, that $31.21 meant a lot to me!!!!
This used to be a very good gas station But it has gone to the dogs. The good employees have all left and it’s filled with incompetent unintelligent people that could care less about customer service! Once again, this is a dumpster fire crap show, and I highly recommend you take your business somewhere else! Thank you and have a wonderful day!!!

I always stop at this location. There is a new employee that stayed on her cell phone the entire time. I purchased 3 cans of Skoal Snus. I had a coupon. These are US Tobacco products that the coupon was for. She refused to take the coupon. I will not be stopping at this or any other Murphy location.

rude AF. sent my 14 y/o in to check a lottery ticket. lady with mustache ask for an id and she doesn't have one OBVIOUSLY so she told her it was for her mom (me) then she refused and my daughter came out and told me so i went back in with her and asked her to check it (i'm 42) she then was very rude and refused saying that she couldn't because i sent her in first. AND it smelled like MARIJUANA in the little store! super rude.

Prices may be good but had my credit card info stolen from there and employees are always smoking a few feet away from the pumps...just waiting for that place to blow up. Do NOT recommend.

Gas prices are amazing! On 7/10 the service is sooo slow - moving one in at a time will make you go somewhere else so off I go- please move the line lady :(

Great gas ⛽️ prices ! Friendly staff! I like how you can use wal mart gift cards at this gas station as well ! ☺️
