These guys really mean business. Audi misdiagnosed my Q7 as having blown Ac/Heater blower but this Shop found the problem to be dirty Air Filter which was replaced in 30 minutes.Besides their sense of integrity and empathy, their attention to detail is non comparable to careless Audi Raleigh workshop.

I have been going to this location for about 6 years and have always been happy with their service. The guys here are so nice, polite and accommodating. During this particular visit I had an appointment for 4 pm, I forgot that I had something else planned for my daughter. Without hesitation they gladly told me I can bring my car in sooner so that I can make it to my daughter's event. I was so grateful for their willingness to work with me. I appreciate their honesty, customer service and knowledge! I highly recommend this place!

Meineke was very fast and friendly. Oil change, tire rotation, break check and inspection in less than an hour - no waiting with an appointment! Customer service was very thorough and offered suggestions for things I need to keep an eye on but did not need repairs right away. I will be back! Thank you Mike and Matthew!

The workers were courteous and prompt. They answered questions and went over recommended repairs that may be needed in the future. The waiting area was spacious and had comfortable chairs. I had no issues with my visit and would use them again.Services: Tire rotations

They have always been professional yet friendly. I have never felt pushed to fix or buy something and they take responsibility for their possible errors.I recently had my oil changed and tires rotated and when I left everything worked fine. About 2.5 hrs later, all of the warning lights on my dashboard lit up. I have a 2017 Honda CRV and had never even seen a light for ‘hill assist “ or some of the other ones. I called them and they had me bring it back to check it out. They though that when they were changing my oil, the car was running when they took out the air filter and that may have messed some things up. They replaced the air filter snd didn’t charge me. They said that this was their fault and that they would use this as educational experience.This is true customer service.Services: Tire rotations

Arrived for my preset appointment for an oil change. The man at the counter tried telling me a tire rotation would be $15 extra even though it clearly states it is included for free in the package online (for that specific location). After that was proven to them, they said it would be complementary (It better be if it's included in the package)... Got home and realized they didn't actually give me a tire rotation at ALL, or top off ANY of my fluids as they were supposed to... but they DID try and sell me $600 worth of extra services. Take a hike! I feel my $95 would be much better spent at jiffy lube or take 5.Gave two stars as they actually did change my oil.Service: Oil change
