Ricky was extremely friendly and made sure I picked the best mattress for me within my price points. He wasn't pushy and he explained all the differences between the various mattresses so I could understand how they would conform to my body. If you go there ask for him! He's very knowledgeable and polite.

My husband and I went here Sunday afternoon and had a great experience. The salesman, John, was knowledgeable and helpful but let us go at our own pace around the store. When we decided on a mattress, the process was easy and the delivery and set up was good too. Would definitely buy another mattress here next time we’re in need.

I was pleased by the service I received while shopping. Salesman was informative about the products and did not pressure me to buy. I hate pressure. Delivery was on time and done quickly. I have only slept on the Tempurpedic one night so far but slept until 9 am. I am looking forward to pain free mornings.

Brought my son over to try some mattresses for his new room. We were in a mission!! John was great and helped us out. We found what we were looking for very quickly. Pricing was right. Would definitely recommend.

I was having trouble getting the delivery service 3rd parties website loaded. One of the employees offered to deliver my box springs for me !!!! EXCELLENT customer service I’ve ever received from any place I’ve ever been to. We as people must help each other no matter what it may be and that’s exactly what happened!!!!!!

Went to the Forestville Road location on 11/16. The Store Manager, William, was great. I tried several mattresses after my Bed Match. While I went with a more expensive and one than I had planned, I'm glad I did. It was the most comfortable. I also purchased the cool feel waterproof mattress protector and two pillows. Delivery was set for the very next day.Delivery went off with just two minor glitches one of which was my fault. I didn't ask about old mattress removal. I gladly paid the small recycling fee. The delivery crew was great. Professional and friendly. While one insisted on calling to possibly forgo the small recycling fee, I said no as that was my fault for assuming. When the left, however, I realized the mattress protector wasn't left. I called the driver and it wasn't on his manifest. It was an innocent error so I just popped over to the store. The gentleman that helped me today was Jim. Very nice man, very professional, and went to the back and found the protector. All in all, even with the minor glitches, a very good experience. They were eager to make sure glitches were fixed . Stuff happens.So far my Kingston Courtney is great. Very nice hybrid mattress. Nice to feel properly supported.

The sales guy was very professional and helpful. Truly provided good advice about the products based on my needs. That was the last mattress store I went the same day and I got what was looking for! Plus the price is good. Relatively more choices than other stores.
