Had questions about Kerig coffee maker. No one in site to ask so lady I thought worked there said she would find someone, waited approximately ten minutes, no one came!!! Parked the cart and talked to "supervisor of cashiers", said someone was on the way!!!! Store did not seem busy!!! I did not wish to go back!! This was not the norm for many other Kohl's I have enjoyed shopping in other areas. I will shop elsewhere for a coffee maker!!! Thank you for hearing me out!!!!!! I have had Kohl's credit card for years!!!

I typically only come in here for Amazon returns and at that that’s maybe a couple times a year. And on some of those occasions, I will purchase something. But every single time I am harassed by an overzealous cashier about kohls cash, and rewards points. ENOUGH. If a customer says no the first time, accept the no.

Went there primarily for SEPHORA. So this is a SEPHORA review.Nothing in stock. Looked at 4 different specific items, all 4 were out. ALL the samples were highly used and not cleaned up. Very dirty atmosphere. Had to ask both employees for help, never engaged. All cleaning stations had zero cleaning liquid.
