I'm local IT support for a RV company using their software. Anytime I need to call in for support it's a lengthy wait. When the system is sick of keeping you on hold it either hangs up on you or simply moves you to a voice mail system for you to receive a call back. You may get a call back in the same day but not usually. Hours and hours go by meanwhile the system is down and productivity is wasted. You would think when you pay $25K a year in support there'd at least be live people answering the phone with Tier 1 support ability available to take a stab at the issue right away. We manage hundreds of local businesses and IDS is by far the worst support we have to call into for help.
