I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Jett at Hertz, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of service I received. Jett went above and beyond to assist me, providing helpful and friendly support throughout the entire process.One highlight was the quick and efficient way he arranged for me to have a Tesla. The seamless and fast service exceeded my expectations, and I appreciated the extra effort to make my experience great.

I searched online for car rentals for my trip to NY at Christmas and Hertz was the best value for the money. I read the past reviews and was a little apprehensive so I went to talk to Corey, the manager. He re-assured me that he would take care of me, at that is exactly what transpired. From start to finish, everything went exactly as promised. The vehicle was ready at pickup, added my son as an authorized driver, had an amazing ride up and back, and had no issues turning it in. All 3 of the staff that I dealt with were friendly, knowledgable, answered all my questions and concerns. I will use them again and would recommend them to anyone needing to rent a vehicle! **********

Had a reservation for a Tesla that was made two weeks ago. We were scheduled to pick the vehicle up on Tuesday afternoon anytime after 2. Even spoke with someone from the office on Monday to assure everything was on schedule for our reservation. On Tuesday when we arrived at 1:30 (drove 35 miles to this location from our home) we were told they had just rented the Tesla out and didn’t have another one for us, NOR did they have another car to offer us. Oh, it gets better, it was suggested we wait until 3 as they MAY get a car that’s due back in. The customer service was awful. I asked did anyone think of a common courtesy and customer skill to contact us to inform us. The manager Nick is awful! He don’t seem to have one care in the world in regards to his customers (there was another family insides experiencing the same issue with their rental). The only positive thing I can say about this establishments and their workers is the extra mile Corey went. He wasn’t even the associate we were dealing with. However he went above and beyond to contact us after we left the dealership to assist in getting us another vehicle. Even volunteered to stay after hours to accommodate us Unfortunately we did not rent with them but we did appreciate Corey’s effort.

I was in a rear end accident.... I went to enterprise and had a very bad experience...I couldn't go home, being my car was totaled. So i was stranded at my moms house and had to miss 2 days work. I made one call to hertz and talked to Corey Terry.... He was such a lifesaver..it was such a hassle free experience.. I was in and out in no time. He got me the car I needed, whereas enterprise just wanted to put me in Anything, I was just a number to them. Thanks to Corey for being a breath of fresh air. I will only use hertz from now on

To Jennifer, Corey and Jett, you guys are the best employees I’ve ever come across in any business. The respect and kindness was shown for me was impressive I’ve Keene come across it anywhere. Quick service and they were all smiles and Jett even stayed afterwards to help me out. Thank you guys it was refreshing to be treated so well and see employees genuinely happy to do their job and help others. These guys would give their right arm for you! Highly recommend!

So my early experience with this Branch made me a bit skeptical especially that their payment system is not the best and one of their employees seemed like he didn't care about others time or money nor he seemed detail or customer oriented, and talked behind other customers back many times.But i must say that having an Employee like Corey Terry at that branch saved me alot of trouble starting by getting me into the right car and helping with many issues the Hertz system had, i think Hertz need to consider giving this man a raise or promote him because he is all about customer satisfaction, he is friendly, professional and have the moral courage to do the right thing. I will gladly go back and rent from this place if Corey Terry is the one to handle my rental.Also i must note the efforts of Nick Whitener Manager of this Branch since he did everything in his powers each time i rented from them to make my experience smooth and easy, Nick always made sure i am having good experience with them and genuinely cared about customers satisfaction and safety, he went above and beyond to make sure i get charged the right amount and to solve any issues i encountered with my rental.These 2 Gentlemen made my 1st experience with Hertz a great one and i thank them for it.

We appreciate Corey’s customer service at the Wake Forest location. He made sure our family was comfortable for our trip from the beginning. We experienced a mechanical issues with our vehicle but Corey made sure we were taken care of. We definitely recommend that anyone who visits this location ask for Corey if he’s available because he cares about his customer’s experience.

The staff here is something to be desired. Completely unprofessional, hates their jobs and worse of all - doesn't give one toot about the professionalism and/or customer services skills they could have employed. Never renting here again. Completely mismanaged, even in new facility. Should not take 25+ minutes to get a car out that has been established online (Gold member) and give the key to the customer which is literally 20 feet away. They need to also stop critiquing customers behind their backs (openly), it is plain rude and unprofessional.

Trying to charge me 437.00 saying car smell of smoke...detailing charge...funny it was only 100.00 charge when picked car up...say they have proof have yet to see proof .car was not smoked in..yes stood outside of car to smoke..certainly cannot help the way the wind blows...I cleaned windshield and windows, wiped down leather, only cleaning I didn't do was vacuum..definitely would not recommend and if u did go as a smoker don't tell them, they gonna charge for it just by saying that u smoke! I also have rented a couple of cars from enterprise and have never had this issue!

Very frustrated. I rented a car through Hertz. The first car I got had a low tire. When I returned the second car, I took a picture of the full fuel tank from the parking lot, and received a verbal confirmation from the front desk that the tank was full, but still got charged for fuel. I've tried calling but I only get an automated response. They want me to file a fuel dispute charge but that requires a gas receipt, which I don't have. I'm more frustrated by the lack of integrity than the amount of the fuel change. They clearly don't think people will check their receipts.

I made a reservation that was to be paid by my insurance company months ago. Someone called me from hertz regularly to see when I needed a vehicle. That is until I actually needed it. They lost my reservation. Then once a new one was created, they charged me a $50 deposit. The day I returned the vehicle my account was debited $351.00 additional dollars. I explained that my insurance company was paying for the rental. I had the insurance company call hertz and someone placed the agent on hold and never came back to the phone. I still have not gotten my $40+ returned to my account.

Horrible Service. The line to the counter is not defined and the staff will overlook you…cars are dirty…and they are clearly understaffed.

Had a reservation for a car to take on a long trip Easter weekend 2023. Have a confirmation email and arrived at the location to see a sign that says “this location closed indefinitely, please visit our location in downtown Raleigh”. Ended up going 3 blocks down the road to Enterprise and got a vehicle. Gee thanks Hertz…. You could have let us know.
