I absolutely love my local Enterprise Rental Agency. The employees and manager are super nice. They have competitive rates and are usually well stocked with a variety of nice vehicles. I do recommend confirming your reservation with the vehicle you want because they do book up with confirmations on the more popular vehicles and sometimes all vehicles in stock. They have increased their inventory by a lot, but unfortunately, sometimes, demand is still higher.

Ben was amazing. The whole team is friendly. My keys were stolen while working which left me stranded. I was a wreck but they took care of everything and actually cared for my well being. They didn't "just do their job". They have compassion and put the customer's needs first. Ben is the branch manager. He took time to fix my situation, contact me and have an actual conversation with me. They turned a ruining situation into a good day. Honestly a blessing.

THIS PLACE IS A FRAUD!!!!! I wish I could give these TRASH rental places a negative star. Why do you consistently place cars up for rental that you DO NOT HAVE?!!!!! THERE COULD BE NO GREATER DISRESPECT than FALSE ADVERTISING! As a result I missed a VERY IMPORTANT BUSINESS MEETING and I am SOL for transportation for a business trip that at this point I may have to cancel it which will result in $2K in losses. I am definitely reporting this company to the BBB and will pursue legal action. DEPLORABLE! And then to lie and say you tried to call but had no contact info!!!!!!! You can’t even make the reservation without an email and a contact telephone number. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!

They didn't have a car available, which I understand because it was a last minute reservation. The rating is because he called another store and sent me there saying they had a car for me and once I got there, they did not have a car available.

I thought the price was really affordable. The staff was friendly. Our car was the Hyundai Accent. We were getting really good gas mileage. If I have to rent a car in the future I will come back to this location.

Service was really bad on 2 fronts. First, we ordered a large (Yukon like) suv and they tried to give us a Toyota Highlander which is a standard suv and 30% cheaper. When I pushed back, I was told it was in the same class as the Yukon, which was a lie. Called back 10 minutes later and spoke to someone else and they changed my reservation to a standard suv. The only problem is we really needed the space the large suv would have provided. It was last minute and no other car/van was available, so we were stuck.The second issue was the cigarette smell in the car. They are supposed to be smoke free cars. I should have known something was going on when i arrived the car windows and trunk were open. I assumed they sprayed and were airing it out but they were trying to mask the smoke smell. I drove off and when I got home, I started to smell cigarettes and smoke in my clothes. At this point, we had no other choice but to use the vehicle. There were no other options. We have 2 asthmatic kids in this vehicle for over 5 hours at a time. We had to ride with the windows down the entire drive.

We reserved 2 15 passenger vans months in advance. We showed up the morning of an they had 0. They claimed they were supposed to have 1, but it wasn't returned in time. That still isn't the 2 that we reserved and they knew they wouldn't have what was reserved. They didn't let us know until we drove 30 minutes to pick it up, they had zero empathy or drive to help get this resolved. We explained our needs and limitations (the number of drivers available) and there was zero interest in solving the major issue they created. Avoid this location of you are relying on your reservation for any plans you have made.

Just paid $650 for a week for a Chevy Tahoe, and that's at a corporate discount rate I get, and they delivered a vehicle with a crack in the windshield right in the drivers view and when I called they said "well anything less than 6 inches we don't have to get repaired". They also took 40 minutes to bring the vehicle to me after I had actually made a reservation with them to meet me at the repair shop.

My family rented a car from this Enterprise location. All staff were friendly and welcoming. Car was good too. Prices were cheaper than other locations within Raleigh.

had a rental from Enterprise via insurance company. The car was dirty and when I started the car the dash said service needed. After having the car for 4 days I had to leave town so I parked it at the airport and when returning after 4 more days the battery was dead. I waited 90 mins for Enterprise to help. The next morning I was to return the car as my car was ready at the body shop. When trying to start the car again dead battery. I finally got the car started then the dash said call dealership and would not go into gear. Finally was able to get the car in gear and drive to the body shop and return the car. When I had picked up the rental they put a $50 hold on my credit card even though the rental was covered by insurance. Still one week after returning the car the hold is still on my card. Very disappointed in the car and the service!!
