My wife and I love Dunkin. Almost every time we pass one, we grab coffee and a donut or breakfast sandwich. This location has the slowest drive thru I have ever seen. I want to emphasize that we go regularly to Dunkin at several locations. This one is closest to us and I swear it has never taken us less than 20 minutes to get through the drive thru. It’s not a volume issue and I see people pull out of the line all the time. Something needs to be improved to reduce the times for customer satisfaction and to increase revenue.

Ordered Maple Sugar Bacon Breakfast Sandwich. It was burned, and it had regular bacon. Ordered another Bacon Egg and Cheese Croissant. It was burned. Large Latte was half full. Gave us the wrong donut. Hashbrowns were burnt to a crisp and cooked in oil that needed to be changed 2 days ago. $21 thrown in the trash.

The best customer service I have had in months. The other Dunkin donut shop I visited was rude after asking for a simple cream cheese that they had forgotten. Even after several customers came and left, still I was patient, only to be rudely spoken to and missing items in the order!

Ordered a half dozen donuts. The donuts were old and out of round. Waste of money! I would like a refund or another 1/2 dozen. I seriously threw them in the trash.

I will start off by saying that I absolutely love this Dunkin location. I typically get excellent service. I am writing this post to make the managers aware of the condition of one of their employees hygiene practices. The woman that was working the window this morning on November 1st, at 9:03am had extremely dirty finger nails. So much that my husband pointed it out to me. I am very pregnant and had our toddler in the car. We are more at risk of getting sick from poor hygiene practices. She was the one handing off the food and drinks through the window to us. Again, I just wanted to make the managers aware. Thank you very much.

Zero stars if I could. Tea was sour and moldy. Bagel came with no cream cheese. Hash browns burnt, and I was give. The wrong donut. Would avoid this Dunkin’.

Uneducated employeesOrdered a white mocha at drive thru and when it was time to pay they hand me an original latte and say that they don’t make white mocha flavor. Which is fine but don’t tell me yes and then no it doesn’t exist. The latte is disgusting. So now it’s just going to be wasted…

I love Dunkin Donuts coffee in the morning with some munchkins. However, the cost varies from place to place. The one on Rodgers Road in Wake Forest I found can be about $.80 more for the exact same order 5 miles down the road on Capitol Boulevard. Same tastes and foods, just a bit pricier.

Customer service is absolutely terrible here. Usualy like to give the benefit of the doubt but when we stop in every few months there is always an attitude issue with the employees.
