If we could just get customer service and attentiveness upon entry back to the 80s & some part of the 90s, we may be able to put a dent in the online shopping and delivering...I DOUBT IT!!

The customer service was terrible. They acted as if I was bothering them to look up the parts I needed. Probably my last purchase there. Too many places nearby that want my business.

Alonso was the most helpful person that I have met here at advance auto parts. He helped me assess my problem and persisted at looking up the spark plug layout, even after his coworker was repeatedly rude to him treating him like he didn’t know what he was doing with his smart comments loud enough for all to hear. I almost left but decided to stay and let Alonso finish what he was doing. He helped me to see that I needed to go ahead and replace my ignition coil with the plugs so I bought six, as I had replaced two already. The other worker who was at the next register just kept shaking his head and saying “he won’t listen to anybody” over and over as he walked back and forth to the other employee working behind the shelf. That’s not professional, nor does anyone deserved to be treated this way neither in front of customers or behind the scenes. I’ve NEVER seen anyone act like this at Advance Auto! If it wasn’t for Alonso being so helpful, based on the coworkers attitude and actions not only would I have went somewhere else to buy parts, I would have given only one star. THANK YOU ALONZO!!Ps: I must add, as I was leaving this same coworker that has been rude and offensive to Alonso was standing in the front door holding the door open while smoking a cigarette and then spit on the sidewalk directly at his feet in of the entrance before going back in. Seriously?I’m giving a five star because of ALONSO, BUT… Please tell me this employee is no longer employed.

Very bad attention, extremely rude people. They don't respond yet, good morning, they don't respond to a thank you. A bad attitude especially from the cashier.

A truely great place to get auto parts. I wanted to thank Clark, Eric, Eddie and Maurice for their exceptional customer service earlier today. My car wouldn't start after work (it died to my dismay) Luckily the the man who used jumper cables to get my car started recommended Advanced Auto Parts. Unfortunately it was not a easy battery switch out and the car wouldn't start once new battery was installed. They all took a look at it, tried various remedies & everyone was so Nice and they didn't just give up and send me on my way. Eddie, the Car Genius, figured out what was wrong, and I was able to drive home feeling grateful, happy and relieved.They saved me a great deal of money. I will be a LOYAL customer for life. Thank you guys.?

Satisfied and well taken care of! My car wouldn't start a couple nights ago, I went to Advance Auto Parts on a whim and was taken care of quickly and with care. The manager Blue was the one handling my issue. I came as a single female with 0 knowledge on my vehicle's problem. He made me feel very comfortable by being ver professional and explaining what could possibly be wrong with my car and the options that I had. He went out of his way to help me figure out why my car wouldn't start and what should be the next step in trouble shooting the issue. He did what was in his power to do and didnt try to take advantage of the situation like MANY do when they feel that they are working with the vulnerable. You are appreciated...thanks again!

THANK YOU LUIS! I was going to be stranded, but you saved the day when you didn't have to! I appreciated your kind attention and expertise in diagnosing and caring for my vehicle. The rest of the Team were courteous and helpful, even though they were busy. Team seems like a family! 10/10 will battery again! Haha!

Went in the store today to get a new battery for my vehicle and employee refused to assist because he stated he was the only one in the store. I told employee that I will take my business to AutoZone. This is not great sales and is not great customer service so I will start doing business with another auto part company.
