The entire staff here is beyond excellent. They treat you with respect, go the extra mile to help out, and unlike some other self-storage facilities, they do not try to pressure you into buying anything you don't need or want. The facilities themselves are well maintained, clean, brightly lit, and are climate controlled.

I searched for nearby storage facilities and from start to finish, the staff over at A-1 Personal Storage superseded my expectations. My very first conversation with Dan made me feel like I was making the right decision in placing our personal belongings with them. He didn't run gimmicks, he was honest, and down to the point. I value and appreciate that. Everyone I interacted with was a pleasure. Brandon, who showed me my unit, is awesome and patient. Hannah, whom I signed my contract with was great and answered my questions with ease and knowledge. Thank you for making this an easy choice for us!

I would definitely recommend this storage facility if you are looking for a place in the Wake forest area. The people are friendly, professional and very helpful. I have dealt with other similar facilities in Raleigh and must say this is the best!

Very clean facility inside and out. Room to park and unload a 24' moving van. Well-lit interior and high ceilings. Able to store 11' tall stage props.
