Communication with the main people who work here is not working for me. My son turned in the uhaul about an hour and a half late, so understandable there will be a day late charge. Customer service told me there was a concern that the tire pressure sensor light went off. It's been 3 days and nobody has called me or my son to talk about it and the final charges to close the contract. I have talked to and chatted with customer service many times and they have told me they will leave a message with the field manager. Uhaul shouldn't be sending a message after you check out, that someone will call you the next business day to discuss charges and close out if they aren't going to do it.

The lady at the desk is the most unkind rude and unhelpful person ever !!! Will never rent anything from them even if it’s the last place on earth! I will be filing a complaint with the uhaul company.
