Can't even give an appointment time. We have to wait the entire day!!!! Spectrum was able to give a 1 hour window for connection. Service is terrible with this company and they just give you rehearsed answers.

I work 8 to 5 and I'm a single mom. I paid my past due and reconnect fee to have to pay an additional 180 on tip of another 180 after I paid 920, for them to come out an reconnect. No on can be here while I am at work. Smh.

Pay kiosk is a little out dated, but it’s a nice clean facility. As of 2/23 CNG is $1.75 per gge.
