“They tried. Had a plumbing problem yesterday at work that resulting in minor flooding. Replaced the hose with braided Stainless Steel but still looking for a spray head to go with it. I've tried several places so I tried Ferguson today. Did not have any luck but I have to give them high marks for trying. They spent a lot of time trying to solve my problem. Granted this is an industrial application for an FDA Registered Plant but they give equal assistance to homeowners trying to connect a washing machine or dishwasher as well”

“I was to attend a wedding reception not far away from this store on Saturday. On the way in to the reception, my daughter got the heel of her shoe caught in a crack in the pavement and broke the heel completely off. As the bride was a friend of hers, I gave her my shoes and took the broken shoe back to the car to see if I could figure out a way to make a temporary repair. I ended up at this store. I must certainly have looked ridiculous dressed up and hobbling into the store wearing one high heel and one shoe with no heel at all. The people working could not have been more helpful. I was escorted to glue aisle and got help reading labels and considering relative drying times and how long it would take me to have viable footwear. Instead of ruining my evening, the shoe incident made my day.”

“We don't often come here, but we decided to stop by since we were out in Statesville and look around for Christmas ideas. The amount of stock was exceptional and so was the customer service.... The young kid by the Christmas Tree area was so attentive and polite and treated us like he knew us, we ended up buying a fresh 8 ft tree, and also a big standing tool box, the guys jumped on helping us get it, load it and we're super nice and friendly. Literally every employee we seen smiled and asked us if we needed help! We will now come to this location instead of others !!”
