It's a shame. When you move out two days after the due date and you're still charged for a whole month.I mean it's a lot of money and the sad part is they will rent out and double their money.

Reserving and renting o line was a breeze. I received code to the gate and my unit number when I made payment. The unit was clean as well as the grounds. The place was very secure as well.

Five Stars is just not not enough to rate my experience at this facility in Troutman. Mary was top notch and the process was seamless and efficient compared to storage units that I have rented in the past. I would highly recommend Safe Nest Storage to anyone looking for excellent customer service, clean facility, and awesome rates.

Getting the storage space was very easy. The staff was extremely helpful and explained everything in detail. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Mary was amazing. She was patient kind and very professional. She helped me find the unit which would work best for my needs. She never stopped smiling, she was a joy to do business with. This facility definitely chose a wonderful woman to represent thier company. It's no surprise they are almost at full capacity. Prices doubled, I'm glad to be out. Was ok in a pinch but not for long term .. new big company owns it now, the old owners were nice people and helpful.
