Very disappointed in the lawn mower repair service. Not sure if the man that repairs them works for them or if he just works out of the store. He had replaced a belt on a mower. The first time it was driven about 300 yards down the road to get gas the belt broke. I called and asked if he could do anything about it under warranty and he said no. He said he had been 3 weeks and didn’t know how much strain was out on it. I told him it was the 1st time it had been driven. I said “Maybe you had a bad belt”. He replied “I buy grade A belts”. He finally agreed to replace the belt, but he had to charge labor again, which I feel is sorry business. After taking it back to him he admitted he bought the belts from another place and agreed and could’ve been a bad belt. He still charged the labor fee, but did fix the brakes for free. The only reason I took it back was because another store sold us the wrong belt and I couldn’t figure that out as I wasn’t the one who bought it. Just think there are better options than what he did.
The store itself seems great. Nothing against the store just the lawn mower repair guy.

Went here today and while they were out of what I was looking for, the guy was very helpful upon me entering the store and saving me as much time as possible. Very knowledgeable dude and handed me an alternative option for my issue (I needed a 1/2 CPVC coupling, which they didn't have, but got the job done with two 3/4 adapters and a 3/4 coupling instead).Would recommend. Amazing customer service.

I love this place. I am in there fairly often, and they are always knowledgeable about what I need. I am not a mechanical person, and the employees always are able to explain what I need and how things work, unlike a lot of stores that simply have clerks with no knowledge of what they sell. Always very friendly.

Hands down the best customer service. They greet you the moment you walk in and are always quick to help. The prices are reasonable. They might be a little higher on some things, but I'd rather pay a little more and not have to drive to the big box store in Hickory. You know the one.
