Have never had a issue with towing. Called them earlier today and they said it'd be a few hours which was fine, except they never came to get the car and when I called they said they was closed and hung up on me when I inquired about my car that I called about at 230

I had to have my truck towed off the highway to my mechanic. He did great job getting my truck to it's destination. I won't hesitate to call them again if I need another tow.

Very short when talking to them and I wrecked my car and they lost the key when I asked for it they had lost it and Steve asked like he didn't care so I got my stuff out of my car and got out of there as fast as I could and the other workers there are very ride and would not help me at all.

I don't understand how anyone can give a good review on this business. I've given them a couple of chances and each time they charge me for things they can't fix and "fix" something I didn't ask for. I'm a woman and not sure about auto mechanics, but I've taken their "work " to someone else who verified my thoughts.....BEWARE - Very, very shady characters. They were referred by a friend who "had known them since school", and I guess that's their cue to overcharge. There are plenty of other skilled mechanics out there - this is not one of them.Service: General repairs & maintenance
