I purchased a phone from there with a factory defect and they refuse to replace it even tho the phone is less then 24 hours old and they said it’s not possible for it to be damaged out of the box

Very uncooperative. My elderly mother was way overcharged when she purchased a new flip phone. When I went to this store just to find put why, none of the employees would tell me. I can u understand being careful about personal info, but a simple inquiry about why her bill was so jacked up was treated like I was trying to hack her phone. Had to get the matter straightened out with corporate over a mistake that was made by one of the employees. A bill that was over 100 a month should have been only about 43...

When I saw a sign saying masks required on the front of the US cellular store so I called and asked did I have to wear a mask I got told I could not come in the store without wearing a mask to buy a phone. Then I see a woman walk in without a mask and she wasn't turned away.

The worst store I have ever seen in my life the people working there or freaking clueless and the worst part is the manager is the worst of them all he is absolutely useless and his name is Adam Smith if anyone wants to be with US cellular I say there is nothing wrong with that they are a great Business and cell phone company But this particular spot is absolutely horrible go anywhere but here

We purchased an iPhone 8 on June 28, 2018. We had problems with the phone where you could not hear on it. We took it in and the agent said that they were aware of the problem and that it was internal. We went back again they referred us to an authorized apple person who sent the phone to apple who in turn sent it back and stated that it was a refurbished phone not a new one as we had been told. This phone has never been worked on since its been in our possession. T he speaker had been removed and another screen had been replaced. We have the photos to prove this. Both US cellular in Tarboro and corporate said the phone was sold as new. It has since been brought to our attention that this store has had several phones sold as new that are not. The repair people are filing a complaint with Apple regarding this matter and I am saying make sure your phone is new and not refurbished or has been bought taken out of the store and parts removed and then taken back. If you use your insurance its a 175.00 deductible and then they will send you a refurbished phone. We paid 875.00 for a refurbished phone that they said was new. Buyers beware. So our repairs are over 250.00. They have told us from the start that it was an internal problem and that apple had to fix it. Their hands were tied and they could not do anything to fix it.

I was there with a Guy name Peter. He was extremely helpful with getting my service active was was very knowledgeable in helping me get wat I needed for my kids and I. It was very refreshing too see someone who actually wanted to help me and who likes being there. I will send all My family and friends that way. It was Great!!!!!!
