Food is southern good country food. These 2 ladies are awesome cooks. The food is awesome beef stew, collards , bread pudding are my favorites!!!!! Yummy taste like my moms cooking

After paying for gas, I kept eyeing that food. I decided to turn around and go back in and order those dang fried pork chops. Wishing they would be horrible because I'm not that close to home. Lots of times wishes don't come true, and you gotta go back and get more of those delicious, crunchy, moist, well-seasoned..and I could go on describing the chops. My mama could NEVER make a chop like this. I'll be back Lil Lady who sold me that chop and kissing the chef who cooked it.

I had a craving for french fries this afternoon, and Big Jim's deli was the only food place on the route home. I wasn't expecting much, because I'd tried a different gas station deli in another local town and was not impressed. When the clerk at Big Jim's told me I could buy a mere five steak fries for three dollars, it seemed expensive but I decided to try it. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! The five steak fries are so huge that each is like the equivalent in mass of 15-20 fries at Hardees. If you compares the total mass that you get in their five fries as against the largest box of fries at Hardees, the price is about the same but you get more for your money at Big Jim's and the difference in taste is night and day. The chicken and ribs and other things on the buffet looked delicious too, and now I'm looking forward to trying something else next time.

They took the special prices down (remove so u cant see the increase)for a reason. It is ridiculous how high their food has went up. I will advise all customers to ask for the price of their items, u may change ur mind.

I do not understand that the owner of this establishment does not have a budget to fix all this unevenness what is here in this Truck stop, the trailer of the truck almost veers it is not easy this My God, thank you

Yes!!!!!!I’m a trucker and while the parking is a little hazardous it’s worth it. It’s real food. It’s grease fat hot tasty and filling. It’s everything that southern food is supposed to be. A big trucker thumbs up and an air horn till I run out of air!!!!!!

This is my 2nd time coming here again asking them to cook me some fresh catfish. They didn’t do it once again. Y’all need to teach them older ladies some customer service because they act like they are buying the food we requested. I live out of town and I will not be returning to this store when I come back to visit my family!
