AWESOME!!! No need to go anywhere else. My son's truck broke down at school there and 2 other shops were 3-4X the cost for the same repair. Honest & Profession service guaranteed... Not going to mention the other shops but they are outrageous. Tommy has worked on my Toyota truck since I bought it used 16 years ago. He is fair and honest. He can usually tell me whats wrong with it on the phone. I never let anyone else work on my truck. Highly recommend him.

Tommy has been the only mechanic to work on my cars in the past 30 years. One of them is 36 years old and is still completely reliable. The other is 23 - same story. Tommy really knows his stuff (deeply), avoids unnecessary repairs, and somehow always charges less that I expect. He's by far the best mechanic I've ever known.Services: Electrical

What does a normal individual do if they desire a vehicle owned by another person? Possibly ask that person if it is for sale? Not Tommy Sumner, owner of this business. He simply loosens the oil pan bolt, lets the oil drain so that the engine will blow. This is exactly what happened to me when Tommy worked at another auto shop in Sylva. When I took my Toyota in for repair, his eyes lit up. I thought it was strange, but never expected him to sabotage my truck. A few days later, I paid for services, drove away, and ended up stranded on the 4 lane. Then he was eager to buy it!!! I consulted an attorney who stated, "You're not the first person this has happened to". I had no proof at that time, but later one of his employees informed me that he was an eyewitness to Tommy's actions. How could a mechanic think it is okay to destroy someone's only source of transportation for personal gain? I received no compensation from Tommy. Vehicle insurance did not cover this situation. I rode a bicycle until I could afford something to drive. Shortly after this event, Tommy and his business partner split up and Tommy opened his own shop. If you are considering taking a vehicle here, I have only one word. Don't.

I called in with an oil problem. I had a family emergency and needed to get back to Florida. They got me in and out very fast. Joey was great. Very nice and friendly. Highly recommend this shop.

Not great, left a car with these guys for FIVE WEEKS for an oil change and new brakes. They said it would be done in less than a week. After I get my car back I notice 3 other things that were not put back together correctly under the hood...were only supposed to do an oil change. Not impressed.
