I have been here now 3 times and every time I leave I am thrilled. This last time I left crying with joy because the man not only saved my grandmas ring but made it restored to its old glorious self. He didn’t go the expensive route (he never does).
And the ladies that work there are always polite. I originally walked in with grungy clothes (for remodeling my house purposes) and no judgements no shunning. All sweet great customer service.
I know this place will stay in business. I just hope everyone goes to there instead of anywhere else.

I took my wedding ring in to be repaired, the diamond was about to fall out. The young woman who assisted me explained the wait time and expectations around the repair. I was happy to hear that it would be repaired in house. My ring was finished sooner than expected, an excellent job. The jewelry associate was knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend this jewelry store.

I needed to get a replacement battery for my watch and a Google search suggested Hollifield Jewelers would be a good place to go. It was. The current owner is the third generation Hollifield to run the place, and I think he's doing a great job. Rapid attention to my needs, and an exceptionally friendly staff made the visit very pleasant. I was in and out with my watch running like a, well, watch. They do all kinds of jewelry repair, and they will likely have anything you could desire in ready to wear jewelry. If they don't have it, they can likely make it for you. I was impressed. They seem to be really good people.

I dropped off my cherished engagement ring last week. I called on Wednesday to see if it was ready . I was told to check back the next day and that it will be ready then . And I did and it was ready . I was told that I could come pick it up . Unfortunately I am a college student and had class and work that day so I was unable to pick it so . I went today on Friday to pick it up I went at 4 pm after my work has ended. This is your normal working hours . When I got to the store there was a note taped to the door saying we are closed from Aug 25-sept 11. Today is the 25th . When I was told my ring was ready yesterday I was not informed of this closing . I will now have to wait weeks for my ring that is finished. This is a very special item to me that I dearly want to wear . I have plans to go home the next weekend to see my family for the first time since the engagement. I will sadly have to tell them that I do not have the ring due to lack of communication from the Jewelers. I am very displeased with the conduct of Hollifield Jewelers . I will make positive to never do business here again . Notifying all who ask about a Jewelers to steer clear of this business.
