Eric was awesome. My daughter's car broke down and we're 2 hours away. Eric let me know the price up front (which didn't change a penny), the timeline and even shared his location so I knew when he arrived. Took great care of the car, sent me pictures of the car following the tow and then made sure my daughter had a ride before leaving her at the shop. Texted to let me know all of this. After a big rain my truck slide down the hill and I needed some help. I called Dukes and they were on top of it.But not like a normal job, instead of charging me full price and making me wait for him to get there (he was 30 minutes from my location).He gave me the name and number of one of his competitors and said he’s 2 miles from you, he can be there in 5-10 minutes (we were in a rush to get home).FYI this is all happening at 10:30 on a Sunday morning.The other company was there in 10 minutes and we were on our way!Thanks Dukes Towing and Recovery for being an up and up company (dude) and doing the right thing, even when it took money out of your pocket.Cheers to brotha, we need more people like you in this world.

Was in a tight spot on WCU campus and needed to be towed to the mechanic's. Duke's came ASAP, worked around the small road, and delivered my car to the mechanic's safely -- all without me being there because I had prior commitments!! They let me put my keys under the seat and took care of everything perfectly. Car troubles suck but they have excellent service and got everything done quickly.Service: Car towing

Someone parked in front of my car and I was stuck at for hours because they wouldn’t answer the phone. No other tow truck would come get it because they are contracted with my complex. AWFUL
