“Went to get some pretzels they have with some licorice. It's an Amish product and good. But they didn't have the one we normally get, and I picked up the wrong one.
They were stale and old. So we went back, and the young lady working told me they don't give refunds on open food products. I was upset and acted like a up set customer who should have accepted that. I did open the package. But, I could tell they were bad. So it made me be an upset idiot.
Also, their card reader was down, and they explained they'd would call and tell me when the transaction went through. Well, she called and removed the pretzels from my bill.
I'm sorry for being a jerk. It's not the lady's working fault. It's just a bad batch. They do a great job here and
d have a lot of great products. Again, thank you for your ? customer service.”

“Very nice shop! The woman who assisted us (who I assume must be an owner) was very nice and helpful in helping me select gifts. She went out of her way to package everything up very nicely for me too. The store has a very good and creative selection of quality gifts (not the usual touristy stuff), including neat stuff for kids! I'll definitely be back the next time we come to Surf City!”
