1150 Gideon Grove Church Rd, Stokesdale“Very nice collection of various artsy items in a cool environment. Food, drinks, indoor seating and an outside patio if that's your preference. It takes quite some time to explore all the nooks and crannies so figure on spending a half day there!”
“I recommend to go to this place they have lovely things nice old things something you don't see anymore lovely people work there so get up and go,, and that Moon in the picture real just added the picture to it”
“Adorable little thrift, antique and boutique store full of eclectic things. New jewelry and gifts from local artists, “Marshall’s style” decor items, old linens, furniture, vintage kitchen items. Set up with booths, so lots of variety. Affordable and well-curated”
“Lots of stuff to see. I prefer to go when it's cool, because the HVAC there is pretty much just ventilation. My kids (mid to late teens) always find something they want, so it's usually a good outing that is fairly reasonable for price most of the time.”
“Kathee and Gail out do themselves every year! I’ve been traveling to they’re BEAUTIFUL Red Barn with my sisters for the past 5 years and have never been disappointed. Visiting this special place sets the tone for my Holiday season and each time I come away with Heirloom quality pieces to add to my Christmas collection. This year in particular I purchased a small wooden sleigh from Germany. I plan to dress it with fresh greens and place it atop my great room built-ins. They stock an amazing collection of French zinc pales and planters, gorgeous French baskets in all sizes, Imported linens, glassware, bread boards, dough bowls and much much more. It’s one of those places that you can circle around over and over and find something new to look at each time. These women are uber helpful and you can shop photos posted on Instagram and they even ship… if you can’t make a show in person. Follow them on Instagram @thefrenchfarmerswife… you won’t be sorry!”
“Boy oh boy. Where to begin with this fine establishment. I started shopping at West Mountain Pawn way back in 2015 P.C. (That’s pre-Covid for wondering minds) and let me tell you, they must be putting something in the air because every time I see that beautiful brick building, I’m like a moth to a flame. Pawn Shop? More like Yawn Shop. And I’m not yawning because it’s boring. No sir-ee bob. I’m yawning because after I leave, I’m always so tired after looking at all the wonderful items they have for purchase! Guns? Check. Tools? Yep. Some old coins that random elderly gentlemen would give you outside of your favorite diner? As one of the Olsen twins would say in Full House, “You got it dude!” And the staff are always so friendly, informative and helpful. I especially like that guy Dylan behind the counter. Boy is he a sweet talker. And so handsome too! I was on the fence about a purchase one time, but after he told me what a great deal I was getting and how it would make my life all the better, I was like John Michael Montgomery: SOLD!! Any way, if you need a place to find the best deals around or somewhere that will make you feel like a king (or queen), West Mountain Pawn Shop is the place!”

“Great place to visit and see what all is there. They even have fresh farm raised produce and goods now. Stop in and take a trip in time. Not many things like this any more.”
