Very friendly staff, but they very nicely ... will cut your arms and legs for simple repair. Avoid! This is one of those places where in hard times, without any hesitation, they will take it and your last breath!

I called just 45min after they close, and I was quoted a $1675 for a standard size 295x75x22.5 semi-truck drive tire and $300 for labor which means over $2000 after taxes ... This is ridiculous. Avoid this place! There is nothing more to say.

I just can not express enough how helpful and wonderful Snider's were, especially Casey. We were stranded with a flat tire and damaged wheel while here on vacation, they saved us. If you have a need for service, try them, you too will be pleased.

Casey and his team are absolutely incredible. I can’t thank the whole team here enough for taking care of our trucks. Their alignment techs Jerry and Brandon get our trucks to 1/10th of a degree from the factory spec. The tire tech Andrew takes great care of my polished wheels and never damages anything.

Statesville location is by far our best service vendor for both trucks and trailers. They have kept our fleet up and running with very low down time! Casey and Jon are on it!

My husband took his Peterbilt to have steering tires put on and he just had his wheels polished. Casey took such amazing care of his truck that the wheels still looked great after the tires were put on.

Careless and sloppy work. Damaged our Alcoa Aluminum wheels during tire replacement of a Michelin X Coach Z 295/80R 22.5. Did not even bother to put the valve cap back on the stem. I sent a message to Snider Fleet corporate offices regarding the poor workmanship and they did not even extend the courtesy of a reply. If your wheels and tires matter to you, avoid this place because you are unlikely to matter to them.

Very fair and honest shop. Was happy with the invoiced amount and timely repair. So used to shops charging outrageous amounts in this industry so its good to give credit where it is due.

Place is friendly but expensive overpriced they charged me, 400 dollars for a PM and oil change. I brought my own parts and oil, after the job was done I was expecting get notes about what they find in my truck, but nothing barely was told verbally that my brakes are good!??♂️ maybe for tires they are good but nothing else.
