I went to pick up material it took them 3 hours to get loaded. While im tarping the load the dum forklift driver makes smart remark that he closes the door at 4pm when it was 2:50pm . So i told him i guess your gonna have to wait. He proceeds to yell whatt i didnt hear you to instagate the situation . The only reason i gave this place is a 1 star because clean bathroom .

Outstanding customer service and selection of live edge woods of all types. Mario clearly loves wood and knows his inventory well. Highly recommend for folks who want a special piece of lumber. Can’t wait to finish our project so we can start the next we were inspired to do there. Worth the drive.

We ordered roughly $1,200 of tung and groove lumber from the store. The staff confirmed they could get it in roughly a week and charged us upfront for the full price of the lumber. We called back multiple times and the lumber was eventually delivered six weeks after it was ordered, which impacted our contractor's timeline, delayed our project considerably and drove up costs on a small project. When we finally became frustrated and called another wood supplier, they were able to access the lumber in a day. When we informed Lil' Shavers of this, they were able to expedite our order and deliver it. Shocking, I know.We live less than 7 miles from the shop by car and attempt to shop locally whenever we can. To deliver our lumber, they reduced their normal $75 delivery fee to $50 as a concession with regard to the wait. Unacceptable service and price-gouging on hyper local, small pick-up truck sized deliveries that are unloaded with help from customers. If you're local and I assume not buying huge amounts of lumber from them, go elsewhere - you'll be charged an outsized delivery fee anyway. if you use someone else, at least you can avoid the hassle and cost of a project derailing due to their poor management and disdain for small projects. Sidenote that the woman who answers the phone was kind and the guy delivering our lumber was also kind.

She was so nice and friendly. I wish I would have got her name. Very helpful when I explained what I wanted she made sure I got the right things. I like Lowes but this is a smaller, more personal company and I like that.

The girls are friendly an know what their doing guys in the yard are the sam prices are fair an they have lumber an much much more. Just a good place to shop or browse around.

Ill shavers has a great selection of hardware all in lableled bins, very easy to locate. Good selection of plumbing supplies . Good selection of tools also. They have very friendly staff who are happy to help.
