Came in because I needed a new battery. Man inside was extremely short with me and seemed annoyed when I needed to have him install the battery because he was short staffed, which I understand. I told him I could go somewhere else but he said that he could just get someone from the back to watch the counter for him. He asked me if $214.99 would be okay. I don’t know anything about cars and trusted him which was my mistake. Drove down the road to run more errands and my car would not start again. Opened the hood to find the battery had not been properly installed and was loose and one of the connections was completely off. If you can’t be bothered to do a job properly, just say so and let me go somewhere else.

Store employee named Devin sold me a NEW battery $225.00 battery was not tested Went all way home ( they don't install batteries) installed battery It was dead,dead,dead. Took it all way back up their. He didn't test it. He complained about where I hooked up the battery cables. That he was going to charge me for another battery. I suggest not doing business with these people very very rude. I'm not !!

Daven helped me today with what I needed. He was very friendly, smiling and polite. He changed my car key fob battery and knew what he was doing with confidence! :) high 5 stars! Great service! Highly recommend this location.

I needed a new wiper blade on a rainy day. The employee helped me pick a good one and went out in the rain and installed it for me. She was cheerful about it as well. I appreciated her knowledge and her attitude.

Had a starter I bought last March in Statesville, NC. But with my O'Reilly Card, they replaced it when I was down in Morehead City no questions asked. Just need a 13 and 10mm sockets with extensions to replace (along with a new hydraulic lift). Got it down right before the hurricane. Thank you O'Reilly's!!!
