I went into the Statesville store on Turnersburg. there was an employee named Tanner standing behind the counter talking to a man at the end of one of the isles. I walked up every isle looking for my products. NO acknowledgement what do ever
I heard every word of his conversation. it was about computers and how people should by old trucks instead of new. When yhe other associate was done he helped me and they didn't even sell it in that store. So I wasted 20 minutes listening to his personal conversation instead of him doing his job.

Pessic service, bad customer service, absolutely no professionalism since I walked in and asked for information from a part of my car.
They gave me the wrong piece, I realized when I tried to change it in the same parking lot and the attitude was rude when we tried to return the piece as if it had been our responsibility..

This store sold me the wrong part to my car. After the employee Matt, acknowledged he sold me the wrong part, they told me to reach out to customer service and I would have to pay to have it diagnosed and oreilly would deem if they are at fault which clearly they are when the car didn’t have these issues that are present before the wrong part was sold (No AC, No power windows, No cruise control, No headlights, No gear shift, No radio, etc) basically blew out the entire fuse panel under my dash due to selling me the wrong amp on the relay. After reaching out to Jason and David who is the areas regional and district manager and asked him to verify this through an email he said “they wouldn’t send me a damn thing in writing” essentially they didn’t want to do the right thing and fix the damage they caused due to their negligence and lack of product knowledge. Poor code of ethics and customer service all around. I will never shop or recommend oreilly again.

My husband goes here when needed. He gets great service. It's a bit difficult getting out of their lot tho.
