Called to get information on availability of a product & got hung up on twice by gentlemen who answered phone. Ended up having to make trip to store hoping to find what we wanted. Seems often their human staff lacks customer service skills

I have a broken window that I don't seem to be able to get a piece of glass for, so I looked on-line and the Lowe's website indicates they carry window replacement glass. So I go to the local Lowe's by my house, but they are doing a reset and they no longer have the glass cutting machine. So, they call the next closest store 15 minutes away. When I get there, they tell me they don't carry window replacement glass, but only picture frame glass. Really, you were called and didn't feel the need to say you didn't carry the glass I needed. The guy at the second location lied and said no body called, but I was standing right there when the call was made. Eventually he did find who was spoken too. They wasted my time and gas and had the gall to lie to me and give me the run around. Trying to work with them isn't worth the hastle.

Had to return 50’ garden hose that I bought with 10% coupon to exchange for 100’ hose. They did the return but would not honor the %10 coupon. Said I can’t use it twice. Terrible customer service. So I left frustrated and went to Home Depot instead. So I guess Lowes would rather lose a customer and a sale over $5 than just give good customer service instead.

A really nice selection of plants at a decent price. They also had some they had just put on 50% to 75% clearance and I really got quite a few for my home. Since I've planted them they're doing well and thriving. Next time I'm in the area I will definitely be returning to this location to get some more plants.

Was doing a small home project went there to get materials. I found everything u was looking for and the employees were more than helpful. They were not busy and the parking lot had plenty of parking.

Went to Statesville Lowe’s to get a carriage bolt & 2 lock nuts. Went to checkout & only self checkout was available. No item number on the items. The girl working had no knowledge of tools. We told her what it was so she could type into system & she couldn’t even spell. Another employee came to self checkout & told us we should have taken a picture of the item number so it would be easier to checkout!!! Are you kidding me!! I don’t work here!! I should not have to take a picture of the item number!! Your employees should know how to obtain the item number at checkout. Or put item number on each product. We asked for the manager & he eventually came & didn’t have a clue what to say. The employee that told us we should have taken a picture of the item…denied that he said that!! Then the manager offered to give us the carriage bolt but that was not the issue. We wanted to pay for it but they couldn’t figure out how to ring it up without an item number ??♀️. Total incompetence!! I will be taking my business elsewhere!!!

Department supervisors here are great and helpful to employees and customers. But management at this store is horrible in being helpful to its employees as well as to customers. And for employees the company says they do flexible scheduling but that is a lie even if your part time. If you work here part time be prepared to work a non flexible schedule on top of unfair work hours and mistreatment by department managers who shouldn’t be department managers because of not being qualified but for some reason lowes hired them anyway. Lowe’s also says they respect religious beliefs but that is untrue as well. Be prepared to go against your religion if you need Sunday or Saturday off because of your beliefs because the store manager won’t let you because it’s the weekend. I would not work here nor shop here because of the bad experience I had as both an employee and customer. HR for Lowe’s should really check into this store because of how many people are unhappy here in terms of employees especially and replace a lot of there management at this store including there store manager here.

No idea why they have curbside if no one ever manages it. Been here the last 3 times for curbside orders and every time I have to go inside (can’t even get someone on the phone) to tell them I am here. Save your time and go to Troutman.

Never been in a lowes hardware where ever empolyee working that we walked past asked if we needed anything. Very nice and pleasant.
