Amazing service all around, from the purchase to the delivery! Shaimez was very knowledge, genuine, and trustworthy throughout the whole purchase process. Frank delivered the car and was a pleasure to communicate with. I pulled up & drove straight into the service bay. "Customer Satisfaction is the KEY for returning business..." I recently accompanied my mother to have her oil change at the Flow Service dealership here in Statesville. Upon returning the car after completion, my mother and I noticed that the driver's door was not aligned causing the edge to rub with the front fender on the very bottom. You are able to hear the metal making contact upon opening and closing of the door.. The service advisor could not explain what could have cause this, but we were well aware that this was not like this, when we entered for service (as much as my mother is protective of her car).. The service advisor told us to return the next day to bring it to the attention of the Service Manager.. He looked at it and was convincing us that he could not determine how this could have happened with just an oil change.. However, we are certain that it did not go in that way... So without a before and after photo, we had no choice but to leave sadden that she saw her clean and low miles baby with this issue... So as I am leaving, she is terribly upset and asked me; "I would like that fix cause that is not the way it was and it will continue to get worst.." I totally agreed with my 84 years young mom. So as we are leaving, I said lets stop at the Flow Collision Center and see what they can do to fix it and get appointment for repair later.. She agreed and said; "Yes, and I will pay to get it fixed, no problem... I entered and one of the service staff members came and looked at the issue and said; "let me take it to the back and see what a tech will say or do to correct the issue".....This is when it becomes KEY to customer satisfaction.... The car was returned in less than 20 minutes later with the door adjusted and fender not rubbing with door.. My mother said, "How much do we owe".. They said it was a minor adjustment with the right tool and no charges.. Nothing like seeing Mom go from sad to a smile that her baby was repaired. Folks, please take notice that the FLOW dealer and the FLOW collision shop are owned by the same company...and it was just a matter of making a phone call to see if they can correct the issue to keep the customer happy... Regardless, who was at fault.... That's when you know there is a lack of Customer satisfaction skills trained, the company is so big that they don't know the skill of the other, or just plain trained to just stick with your job..... Well, after my recommendations to family/friends purchasing over 11 new vehicles with this dealership brand in the last 10 years, it won't be doing business with this service Dept. or maybe that brand. It's sad that it takes one sour transaction of business, to cause a bitterness for future business.......However, my thanks to Flow Collision for your past business and appreciation for your service.

My daughter came in and bought her first car. Cipri helped her and he was amazing! He was very patient and explained everything to her in great detail so she was able to fully understand it. At 18 it can be a scary purchase to have payments. I highly recommend him.

Fast service...oil change and tire rotation. Accepted my truck as soon as I pulled in service bay. Service people friendly and helpful. I come here all the time....have never had a bad experience. They need a direct line for service.
