Excellent customer service, went above and beyond to make sure I understood the contract I was signing and everything. Better service than Verizon, AT&T, sprint, and straight talk. Would definitely RECOMMEND!

The workers are really nice but spend entirely too long on one customer. Love the customer expierence but needs more help. No one should have to sit for over a hour waiting on help.

We went there. Saturday afternoon. Only 1 person helping, another one there but just in training. Stayed for near an hour and still had 3 people in front of me. Went there with the thought of changing companies to them but I am not as convinced now.

I was so excited to be getting my new phone! And the phone that I wanted, they didn't have any in stock. We had to return the following day to have my information transferred onto the new phone. Both days it was rather hot. Inside it was 74 & 76(two days) The 76 day, a man that was there observing, made a comment about the heat, then the lady that wasn't dealing with us, turned the air on. I had made several comments about the heat and fanning myself and got nothing. Neither employee had any sign of friendliness. Which I overlook sometimes if they are good with the phone. Just ordering one from another store took at least 45minutes. I personally thought it should have been ordered from the computer. No, it took the computer and a call. After all the awkward silence and our business complete, they walk in front of you and hold open the door. It's really weird. They need people that can make a sale or be knowledgeable about the phones.

Us cellular is a good service provider with good customer service. I wish I could say the same about the privately owned dearship in Spruce Pine .The last two experiences I had were very disappointing.Deal with us Cellualar direct you will agree.

When I bought my phone here the staff was very friendly and helpful and help me out my stuff together for the phone! Love the staff here they are very helpful and friendly, would recommend to anyone, US Cellular also picks up in a lot of places. Hard to find good phones in these mountains but this staff can help you! Definitely recommend
