“I have had a storage unit with McSwains Self Storage for about a year now. I wanted to see how my experience was before posting a review. It has been absolutely great! The communication is outstanding. They offer multiple ways to make your payment each month so it can be convenient for you. And the office lady is super friendly and helpful! I highly recommend!”
“Andrew, the owner, was very friendly and understanding. He also maintained the area around the storage units, by keeping the grass cut and providing pest control. He also offers auto draft for the units, which was very convenient. My best storage experience so far!”

“This company goes above and beyond the measure of kindness. I have 2 campers stored there and my husband had to have a heart transplant and will never work again. When I told them about this and that’s the reason I was late with my payments he told me to forget it for the rest of the year!!! What a act of kindness. You just don’t find that anymore. Definitely the heart of God. I cried when I got off the phone. Just unbelievable in this day and time . What a blessing!! I highly recommend this man in any of his businesses.”

“The kindness of this facility is unbelievable. They took the time to call my husband and I back with a phone number of a Auto shop located behind them. Which saves us . A broken down truck and hundreds of miles from our other home in NJ. We got it fixed and got back home on time because of this facility . Their kindness and the kindness of the machanic shop blew our minds. Southern people rock. Thanks again Nancy and David, pleasant Hill Loop Road. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️”

And the place actually has other locations so they have numerous storage places.
