It was a very simple process! The mobile version to rent a unit was a little buggy and not the most user friendly but we still made it happen all same day and on our way to the unit.
Pricing was not bad. The unit was very clean and spacious. Overall, a great experience! ?

When I first arrived, my access code was not working to get through the gate. Coincidentally someone pulled in just a few minutes later and she informed me she did work there and asked how she could help. She fixed my code and drove around to my unit before leaving to make sure I got in ok and was very friendly! I appreciated her for doing that

Myrtle, Drew and KatieJo (I think that's her name) were so helpful and kind. They took extra effort to make sure our units were as close together as possible. They are a great team. Also -- website is great: intuitive and easy to navigate.
